The room was very clean and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. The only issue was that for additional amenities (such as comb), the front desk needed to be called and the amenities picked up there.

The place is super comfortable, but the facilities and cleanliness are a bit lacking, especially for group bookings. There were still many dirty and stained bedsheets, and the bed frame was a bit wobbly. It would be quite challenging for heavier guests.

The cafe on the 5th floor has really delicious food and friendly staff. The accommodation is comfortable, they provide Pepsodent toothpaste, and the view is great.

A practical choice for families staying in the center of Bandar Lampung. It's connected to Mall Bumi Kedaton. The superior room is spacious, there's a connecting door, and the breakfast is delicious. They just need to upgrade the bathroom because the water pressure from the tap is low.

Hotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see. The room is very basic and standard, the TV only have local channels. The breakfast though many choices and they are tasty.

The hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .

It's nice and clean hotel and rooms and the boffeh have many options for the guest and staffs having good hospitality with guest, except the pool not clean and have many insect because it's open area and near trees

I had a great stay at Emersia Hotel Lampung. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an executive room, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, a great hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended!
