It has a beautiful garden. The food in the restaurant is nice. Seats are inside in a Filipino style room, outside you can enjoy the spacious lush garden while have lunch/dinner. The rooms are large, beds comfortable. It is a bit older but the Charme of this resort is stunning. There is a shuttle boat to beaches at Samal island. Short ride to malls, with grab no problem at all. The breakfast is solid. I would say this was my best stay in Davao.
Very good, mainly because of its excellent location. It's literally right outside SM MALL, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are also nice, clean, and tidy, no complaints there. The picture is of the hotel's restaurant~~
At first check-in we had an issue with our room. The room looked very old and dated the air-conditioning wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. I raised a complaint to 8 am the next morning. It took two 8 pm to follow the same day for them to rectify this and move as to another room. This room was outstanding. The air-conditioning was working. It was modern better looking not as tight as the other room, there was room either side of the bed to get in as the other room you could only get in one side of the bed as the bed was against the wall so this new room was a lot better. The only issue with the Hotel was the Wi-Fi was extremely rubbish non-existent would be the better word but this was the only issue that we had in our day. Everything else was perfect from the cleanliness to the staff and the buffet breakfast was acceptable just not much choice for the Western pallet but for a Filipino it was okay
As a business traveler, I prefer clean, hassle-free hotels with good wifi that will allow me to work in peace, rest well after a long day, and allow me to access good dining options within walking distance. Seda ticks all these boxes. The whole place was clean, the room was immaculate, and I love the desk in the room! Plus, the staff were very friendly and were ready to assist. Seda Abreeza has become my preferred hotel in Davao.
Stay here alot friendly staff and good facilities and a wide breakfast selection
However room 525 it would appear that 3 of the lights stay on during the night and the hotel state these can only be switched off if you remove the key card however that function also stops the AC
This needs resolving as one of the lights is far to bright when trying to sleep
really thankful for the whole team for letting us move our accommodation as it was our fault for booking at the wrong date, but still managed to let us change even in our last hour of asking🥹😇🙏, and even packed us breakfast at 4am as we all need to leave early heading to the airport, really appreciate it dusitd2 team davao!!🥹😇🙏❤️..very kind and nice stuff!! salute to all!
The location is very good and convenient for travelers. However, the price is quite high considering that breakfast is not included. Overall, it’s a comfortable place but could offer better value for the cost.
Every time I'm on a business trip to Davao, I stay at Acacia. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, and the location is convenient. Definitely a good review!
As a couple we chose to stay at grand regal hotel davao from dec. 31, 25 to jan. 2, 26. We did not enjoy as we expect. The room service for food they served it cold, we call on the telephone for several time to carry out our order then they served it an hour and the food was cold. The breakfast buffet are all cold besides we go down to eat at exact time 6:30am. The amenities like gym are open but not functioning. I only enjoy the swimming pool as a total.
Hospitality and courtesy very good. Discovery Samal is 5 to 10 minutes by fast boat. Between Davao and island Samal. There are schedules for the transfer. Courtesy pick up and transport included to Davao International Airport.
6.5 hectares facility with olympic size pool for junior suites, big villas .
Another pool for adults and kids near to the seafront aside from access to the sea.
Shuttle services for the guest to and fro their rooms to dining areas, bar, gym, spa.. 2 big dining facilities.
Food and drinks reasonably priced.

GGuest UserIf you are early before 2pm they won't allow you to enter the hotel. we tried to enter 3 times because we arrived early but they are strict to follow their check in time. good location because it is near the mall and other places to visit. they need to improve their customer service. My kids are excited for the swimming pool because they see it on the post of the hotel that they have it but when we ask for where the pool is to go for swimming they say it's not available and said under maintenance. We don't know if they don't like us to use it because we saw the pool and it's ok. They are disappointed. Check in again probably not? maybe if they improve their service. Need to maintain also the facilities and amenities.

GGuest UserI enjoyed a relaxing stay in a location surrounded by nature. However, for a hotel in this price range, I usually expect two bottles of mineral water and a refrigerator in the room. Here, there was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the shower water temperature was too low, so I couldn't take a hot shower.
