I chose this hotel because it's near the hospital where I was staying. The location is excellent, and the room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and the overall service was really good. The front desk staff even upgraded my room for free, and they have hot water available at the reception. The hotel is affordable and very clean, offering the best value for money among all the hotels in the area.

This hotel truly has an amazing ambiance! The moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with an elegant and serene atmosphere – soft lighting and soothing music immediately put you at ease. The room is exquisitely decorated, with incredibly soft and comfortable bedding, a clean and tidy bathroom, and all the amenities you could need. The hotel's landscaping is also superb; the courtyard is shaded by lush trees and overflowing with beautiful flowers, making it feel like a tranquil garden. What's more, the soundproofing is excellent; I slept incredibly soundly at night, completely undisturbed by any outside noise. Staying here was an absolute delight, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

Downstairs of Zhongjie Palace Hotel is Zhongjie Pedestrian Street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Palace University. It is very convenient. There are large shopping malls around, and it is very convenient to eat and shop. The observation deck on the 26th floor can see the night view of the Palace Museum. The free underground parking lot is very good. Well, mineral water is unlimited, and it is particularly convenient to drink without restrictions.The cost performance is relatively high, and I will come to the 26th floor again if I have the opportunity.There is also a large shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. You can send your luggage for free, and you can also delay check-out. I am really super satisfied. I will come again when I have the opportunity. This was my first stay and I was extremely satisfied. I've stayed at Ibis many times, and it's always great. The service attitude is super good, and the front desk staff are lovely. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find great food. It's really close to all the attractions. The room was very clean, and the environment was comfortable and cozy. The bedding was spotless. You can even store your luggage after checking out. All in all, I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend it!

We had the best views of the Yalu River, Broken bridge and the friendship bridge from our room and could look into North Korea with binoculars. The binoculars in the room were a thoughtful addition. Mr. Huang Rui at the Reception desk was very helpful. He helped us with transport and restaurant recommendations and kept checking in on us from time to time. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was really small and congested. However, the breathtaking view made up for it. So, no complaints. Highly recommend this hotel.

I genuinely and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Plus, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, all disposable toiletries are individually packaged, and the entire room features a voice-controlled smart heated toilet. For a lazy person like me, being able to control the lights and curtains from bed is incredibly convenient. The TV in their hotel room is also large and doesn't require a membership; you can even cast your phone screen to it. The in-room Bluetooth speaker has excellent sound quality. I had to catch a high-speed train the next day, and it was only a 10-minute walk, which was extremely convenient. Getting to attractions like Zhongjie Palace and Marshal Zhang's Mansion is also very easy. Taiyuan Street Pedestrian Street, perfect for shopping, is right near the hotel. The front desk staff are all very attractive, and both the gentlemen and ladies were wonderful. The cleaning aunties were also very enthusiastic and provided thoughtful service. The rooms have underfloor heating, so it's not cold at all in winter. The negative ion air conditioning keeps the air in the room very fresh. The environment is truly outstanding, just fantastic. There are also many great restaurants around the hotel, and they offer free underground parking. There's a free 24-hour laundry room and a gym available for use. I extended my stay by one day, and the auntie even disinfected my room. A little tip for future guests: if you can, bring a humidifier, though the hotel did provide four bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch.
