The room was very clean, the sheets were neatly made, and there was 24-hour Chinese-speaking staff. This is a Chinese-owned hotel, and the staff there were very welcoming and well-trained. The facilities and amenities were very complete. I worked out in the hotel gym every day during my week-long business trip, and there's also a swimming pool. The room had a sea view, and the meals were delicious, with a wide variety of side dishes and fruits. It was a reassuring and satisfying stay.

Cleanliness top notch, but the receptionist was slightly arrogant much late into the night.

It is a buffet with many varieties and fresh ingredients. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded. They were quite considerate during my stay. I had a very pleasant stay at Shoregate. The reception staff were warm, respectful, and attentive to my time. The room was clean, neatly arranged, and comfortably cooled with proper air conditioning. The bathroom was bright, spotless, and had good water pressure in the shower. While the bed was softer than I prefer and the television screen had visible lines, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. I would gladly return.

Overall, this accommodation is very cost-effective. The room is spacious enough, and the facilities are not luxurious but can be used normally. The sanitation is quite good, and the public areas are clean. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet, and you can sleep well. It is suitable for travelers with limited budgets.

During my stay, I ate well (three meals a day, with a wide variety of breakfasts) and slept well (the bed in the room was very comfortable). What's more rare is that your staff is very rigorous in management, and the service is beyond the five-star standard. If there is a problem, they will help solve it as soon as possible. The surrounding environment is also very good, and you can take a walk and chat in the evening

The hotel is very good, the service is thoughtful, clean and hygienic. Even though we arrived late, we left us a big dinner, The hotel's breakfast is also very delicious. I will definitely book this one again next time! great!

Citiheight hotel is a cozy place, the location, the services and the decency of the hotel make it the best so far. It is very close to the airport which is another reason that I recommend it. I will definitely use Citiheight hotel in my next visit.

The room is very nice, the decoration of the lobby and restaurant is also very good, the grade is very good, mini bar, swimming pool, Chinese restaurant are all available. In short, I am very satisfied and will stay here again next time.
