The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside.
Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally.
Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.
The hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. There's a Chinese chef, and the food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The environment is lovely, and the location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. Plus, there's security, so it feels very safe. The attentive service and clean, tidy rooms are a huge plus. Definitely five stars! From now on, when I'm on a business trip in Lagos, Sister Zhou Hotel will be my first choice. I was seeking accommodation in Lagos, traveling from London, for a two-night stay. The hotel proved challenging to locate due to an imprecise address provided on their website. Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who did not speak English, necessitating the use of a translation application for communication.
My assigned room was well-maintained; however, it lacked television channel subscriptions. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room intercom system meant that any service requests required a two-floor descent to the reception area. It became apparent that the hotel's primary clientele likely consists of Chinese or Asian visitors to Nigeria, suggesting a potential oversight in catering to a broader international guest base.
On a positive note, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a lounge area. The check-out process was exceptional, as the hotel arranged for a driver and vehicle to transport me to the airport, a service I rate highly. Despite the somewhat elevated pricing, I would consider utilizing this hotel again.
The hotel is situated within a tranquil residential estate, offering a peaceful environment free from noise, though also lacking in ambient music. I recommend that management consider implementing television viewing options, employing a local staff member proficient in English, and diversifying their menu to include local cuisine.
I booked this for my colleague, and she kept telling me I absolutely had to give it a good review. She said it was clean, the meals were free and delicious! She also mentioned how attentive the staff were; being in a foreign country, she felt warm and welcomed by many people from her hometown.
Hygiene: Very clean
Environment: Simple and cozy rooms
Service: Friendly service from a Chinese-speaking clientele
The room is very nice, the decoration of the lobby and restaurant is also very good, the grade is very good, mini bar, swimming pool, Chinese restaurant are all available. In short, I am very satisfied and will stay here again next time.
The house is humid during the rainy season, and the temperature of the air conditioner outside is too low, so that the room is very cold without the air conditioner; the hotel has a swimming pool, and the restaurant is not high-grade; the room itself is good.
Overall, it was very good! While hotel facilities overseas, especially in Africa, might not be as modern as those in China, they were perfectly adequate. The service was exceptional; any request was promptly met. The food also far exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd suggest improving is the shampoo; the current brand isn't very good.
On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception,
I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas.
Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night.
Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.
This apartment hotel is located in the GRA villa area. The overall environment is very clean and the surroundings are very safe. There is a Chinese supermarket inside, and shopping is also very convenient. It is not far from the airport. Many suites are equipped with kitchens, so you can cook your own meals. I will stay here again next time I come.

Mmoshood shittuThe hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

CChetna Tolani”I checked into Hotel Wealth on February 10th and had a truly fantastic and comfortable stay. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch.
The rooms are impressively spacious, incredibly neat, and clean, providing a great environment to relax. The food was delicious, but what really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every single staff member was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visití.
A very special thanks goes to the Chef. He was always present with a smiling face and went above and beyond by personally checking in on me and offering custom dishes outside of the standard buffet menu. That level of hospitality is rare and much appreciated!
I highly recommend Hotel Wealth to anyone looking for a high-quality stay with a personal touch. I will definitely be returning!”
RrobonI recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed.
The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation.
The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.
GGuest UserThe rooms are pretty good, quite big and clean. The only thing is that I lost a mobile phone. I don’t know if it was taken away by the sanitation staff.
GGuest UserI booked a room here at short notice and was amazed by the speedy response from the team. They were able to arrange pick up from the airport when I arrived in Nigeria a day from completing the booking. Pick up from the airport was prompt with the driving personnel maintaining contact from the point of booking before I arrived in Nigeria to the point I got into the car. The manager greeted me on arrival and via email with details of facilities available at the hotel including how to access WiFi. I was impressed by how seamless and efficient the whole process was compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Would definitely recommend.
2219653****I came to Nigeria for a business trip, and choosing Shu Garden Hotel was such a great decision! The pool water was crystal clear, and it even had a treadmill next to it – a dream come true for fitness enthusiasts. You can combine cardio and relaxation without having to specifically look for a gym. The security was also incredibly reassuring; there's strict registration for entry and exit, so I felt completely safe strolling around the grounds at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive, with every detail taken care of. Next time I'm in Nigeria, I'm definitely staying here again!
They also have KTV rooms and such, which are perfect for business entertaining. Plus, it's right next to a bay – I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel in my home country that offers such a unique location.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location was very convenient for my trip, and the facilities and amenities met a good standard. The staff (although some have attitude issues) were also polite and welcoming throughout my stay.
However, guests (particularly non national) should be cautious when requesting services or ordering food, as pricing are inflated, inconsistent and significantly higher than what’s stipulated on the menu. I would strongly recommend checking the menu carefully and comparing prices with nearby hotels or service providers before making purchases to avoid being overcharged. This is also applicable outside the hotel.
