It's okay, albeit a bit run-down. The facilities are old, but it's much better than that Wells place, which was filled with the smell of formaldehyde.

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

It was my first time booking a Chinese hotel, and I was really impressed. The hotel provides airport transfers, car rentals, visa services, and delicious Chinese food. You can also order your own meals, which tasted very good. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The waiter was enthusiastic about helping with the luggage. Misan and Stella at the front desk were exceptional in ensuring we were ok at check in and the food was great. All the servers like Favour, Mahmoud, Victor were super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel because of its superior customer service, amenities, clean rooms and the view from 5th floor is exceptional and the ambience is priceless. Location is perfect also, less than 30 minutes to the airport and 3 minutes walking distance to a grocery store.
