Excellent 5 star hotel with exceptional staff. I had the pleasure of a young lady from guest relations help me with an internal flight ticket issue I had, and she also helped me book some business class coach tickets to Islamabad showing me considerable care. All the staff are kind and courteous and will do the upmost to help hotel guests. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Gym was large with good equipment for cardio weights., whilst the pool was perfectly temperature controlled. I genuinely was surprised and impressed with how good this hotel is and I would definitely go back in a heart beat.

The room was very average. The comforter and bedding looked dingy, giving me the impression it wasn't very clean. Security was okay; they required armed guards to accompany guests when leaving the premises. They also required a deposit upon check-in. Breakfast was nothing special. The hot water wasn't very hot, which was a real drawback.

I had a great stay at Royal Swiss Lahore—its location next to the airport was super convenient. I felt completely secure, and the staff provided excellent service throughout. The food was delicious, and everything was clean and well-managed. Though on the arrival day they provided me room which didn’t match with descriptions.

Stayed with my family, including a 3-year-old child, and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel offers plenty of activities and entertainment to keep everyone busy. One of the highlights was the live musical evening held daily from 8 PM to 11 PM, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The dinner buffet is served on the outdoor lawns, which is a beautiful setting, especially in the pleasant weather. Breakfast, however, could be improved with more variety and better quality. Service was a little slow at times, but this was understandable given the large number of guests during our stay. For families with young children, the hotel is an excellent choice. There is a dedicated kids' play area, horse-riding facilities, and plenty of open space for children to enjoy. Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend it to families looking for a relaxing getaway.

When I arrived (around 2pm), they asked me to wait a little while as they were still cleaning my room. However, while I was waiting, they even offered me fresh juice and food. The room I was shown to was amazing. It was clean and comfortable. Check-in is at 12pm and check-out is at 12pm, so I imagine cleaning can be a bit of a tightrope walk. I thought they made up for that with their hospitality. I had a marathon in the morning, so I wanted to take a shower after the marathon. When I left for the marathon, I told them ”I'm not checking out,” and they kept my room for me. The 12pm check-out time was really helpful!

It was wonderful stay with this hotel… staff was so cooperative and best thing is that rooms were cleaned. They served us welcome breakfast too… with this price its ok

I have booked the room through Trip.com but when i arrived at the hotel, they told me to pay again to them because they didn’t receive the money from Trip.com, So i paid twice for staying once. Be careful guys.

I stayed at Hotel Dream Palace Sialkot for one night and was genuinely impressed. The experience was far beyond my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped with all the essentials, including hand and bath towels, comb, soap, shampoo and complimentary hotel slippers. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and always available to assist whenever needed. A special mention to the Front Office and Concierge team — they were exceptionally welcoming, helpful and professional throughout my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Hotel Dream Palace to anyone visiting Sialkot, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

amenities can be improved. frequent short power outages observed at different times during the stay. soap and shampoo bottles were way too old and a hassle to pump. finding the light switch and dimmer was a real struggle. housekeeping was slow and had to be reminded twice to make up the room.
