Perhaps this Sheraton use to be good in the past, but now this hotel only pretending to be 5star. Really rooms is fine, but everything needs repair, everywhere is cracks on the walls and dirty corners in the bathroom. Everyday housekeeping should clean better and wear glasses to see dust everywhere. One thing is good is clean beddings and comfortable bed so you may enjoy view to pool and sea side, which cost 100$. But is you go around this lovely swimming pool you will see a lot of cigarette ends, dust, rubbish and broken tiles on the floor, which is right time to repair. One more note about restaurant, we try some food like pizza etc., meal is with low quality and then later I got problem with stomach. Thanks Heaven there is nice faces on reception who thy to help me anytime. Big hello to managers of Sheraton who forgot to check rooms of hotel completely, before to sell your room hotel manager shoul know what they sell to clients.

We were happy with everything — a perfect option for an overnight stay during a long layover. We stayed for one night and it went smoothly, even though the hotel is close to the airport (we didn’t hear any noise at all). The condition of the room was okay. There were some scuffs on the walls and damaged floorboards in a few places, but we didn’t see this as a big issue for a short stay. We really appreciated the very early breakfast — even with our early flight, we had time to eat. The breakfast was simple but had a wide selection. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Very nice hotel, very nice and convenient location, near the hotel many shops and nice restaurants, very clean and food is very nice, stuff are very friendly and helpful

I had booked wanda vista hotel for a family vacations in Istanbul, they made my visit so memorable i can’t praise enough how friendly and helpful staff was , they fulfilled all our requirements we mentioned while booked the room , on top of it they surprised me with cake and note on my birthday. Best service I experienced so far , thank you for all the hospitality , rooms very so comfortable and breakfast was amazing 🫶

The hotel is relatively new, with a large shopping mall nearby and a sports club tennis court behind it. There are also many good restaurants on the street below the shopping mall. The bed and quilt were very comfortable. I didn't notice at first that the window was blocked by curtains in the corner, but once I found them, the room smelled much better; it was otherwise quite stuffy. The BEYOGLU DONER restaurant down the street is also delicious.

It was a really perfect stay. They started by very warm welcoming and fast-track check-in. The staff is helpful and very cooperative. The room is very clean, large and with perfect views. The amenities inside the room are more than enough. The breakfast is fresh and contains very nice and well-made food. The location is also perfect, just few minutes walk to the old city and Sultanahmet area, 200 meters to metro station, 200 meters to tram station and 300 meters to the ferries station.

The location is good as it is within 10 minutes of SAW airport, however our yellow taxis driver didn't look happy to be called out just for this short drive! The room was clean and complimentary water is a very nice touch. There is also a small fridge in the room which is very handy. The staff were friendly and the hotel was nice enough for an overnight stay before a flight.

We enjoyed staying in G tower with all the facilities that made our holiday great! The staff were helpful and friendly especially Ms Neda. The location is also good for people who doesn't to be in a crowded and noisy area, the hotel was very clean and calm. We'll absolutely come back again!

Good service from the front desk and very accommodating staff. However, the hotel is opposite ”Sound Club” which woke us up at 2:29 am with a loud beat and bass. This went on until about 6:00 am and made it very difficult to sleep. Note therefore that one side of the hotel faces Sound Club and even with good sound insulation from the windows the music is loud. Be sure to get a room that is not on the same street as the club. Room facilities are OK with everything needed for a tourist.
