Hotel staff was very friendly and can speak basic English. I went early for checkin at 11:45 pm and my room which I booked was not cleaned so room was upgraded to premium room for free where sea view was good and sea can be seen 180 degrees.Beach is just few minutes walk from the hotel. I stayed in that hotel for two nights but mine bed sheets were not changed. There were some stingy strains on the floor nearby bed and also on mirror in bathroom. There was small hole in my bed sheet. There was no refrigerator in the room so I requested them to use hotel staff refrigerator to put my food. Mine air conditioner was not working well so I requested them to fix it and it was fixed. Other then that I had very good experience staying there and I would definitely recommend it to others if they work on negatives when I’ve mentioned above.

Lovely stay after the disaster typhoon Yagi. The outdoor facilities were destroyed but the indoor swimming pool was great for the children.

Great getaway. Narada is supposedly a reputable local brand with a long history - so trust them to know their thing. Resort facade can be a tad old with moulds at the corners. However, I am okay with that as I do not have direct contact with these surfaces. What's more important is that the towels and bedding are fresh and clean. I also appreciate a dehumidifier machine in my room - helped to remove excess water in the air. One downside though - the resort, being nestled in a rainforest, is full of mosquitos. So take note to pack lots of insect repellent - I was bitten incessantly, even while using the hotspring :(

First time staying at Ocean Flower Island and Castle Hotel. Huge hotel with 5000+ rooms. We did not expect to find some facilities (e.g. swimming pools, etc) are closed for maintenance. Free shuttle bus to & from the railway station provides convenience for guests. While the front desk staff might not be as knowledgeable & helpful in our queries, the personal butler had provided us with excellent service. She is accessible via WeChat and highly responsive to all our queries. Thank you 管家 晓月 for making our stay a pleasant one!

I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles and making sure we had everything we needed. A special shout-out to the Manager, Justin, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail and willingness to assist at any moment truly made a difference. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay. This hotel is recommended by a friend, so I didn't look at the evaluation and decided directly. Originally set for 5 days, because the self-driving ferry time is uncertain, 5 days have been set several times, the room experience of the first two days is very poor, the first day I entered the room, I saw the order at the back can not be refunded... I can't refund it and I am very depressed. Fortunately, I changed the 5th floor in the last three days. The view was wide at once, the room was much larger, and the facilities in the room were much better than the one on the 3rd floor. There was really no comparison and no harm. Speaking of which, the location of the hotel is very good, the beach is out, it may be a long time, all kinds of aging, the price of the New Year is less than 600, the price is still OK.

Wow, the room is clean, the swimming pool and hot spring pool are also very clean, very suitable for taking children to check in. In addition to the basic slides and swings, there are also large playground projects such as small trains and carousels. There is also an indoor video game area. Sister Rabbit led the children to make seaweed rice balls. The young babies ate while making them, and the amount was large enough to fill them up. Sister Swallow and Brother Coconut performed circus dramas for everyone, and took the children to play games, dance, make handicrafts, and watch light shows. The young babies were friendly and kept flirting.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is quite good, not that crowded than in downtown. A special thanks goes to Erin Wu. She made it happen that we got our rental car. I want also mention Kourtney Hey and Steve Shi for their good support struggling with my Apps. Also our room maid was great, I got always a extra coffee bag🙂. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that you have to wear a swim cap in main swimming pool. That’s the first time that we had to do this but this is a governmental rule I was told. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up. The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best. Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...
