The service was superb! 👍🏻 We arrived early and couldn't check in, so the front desk lady recommended Tangshan Banquet! It was incredibly crowded, but we managed to buy some local Tangshan specialty, Qizi Su, which was delicious 😋. There were lots of snacks and the prices were good. The lobby facilities were well-equipped with various convenient services. Free drinks, snacks, wet wipes, and eye masks were all self-service, which was a huge plus! 👍🏻 The breakfast buffet was very satisfying, offering all the Tangshan specialties. The hotel is very close to Hetou Old Street, just a short shuttle ride or walk away. The scenery is absolutely stunning, and there's plenty of interaction with performance NPCs, where you can earn 'silver notes' to exchange for items. This hotel is highly recommended and definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Hetou Old Street!

The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the hotel features a bath and sauna. Parking is convenient, and the front desk staff are friendly. The triple rooms also have a mahjong machine for entertainment. The only drawback is that the room facilities are slightly outdated and need improvement.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, with stunning snow views right outside the window – the view is amazing, making for a truly pleasant stay. The restaurant has an elegant atmosphere, and the food is fresh and abundant, with cold cuts, salads, and fruit wines all available and of high quality. The ski slopes are right outside, with the cable car easily accessible, making skiing super convenient. The service is thoughtful and attentive, providing a full-service experience from dining to accommodation and skiing. It's a perfect experience, and I'll definitely be back!

Very modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it. 潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests. A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them. For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.

This hotel in Thaiwoo Town is perfect for family ski trips. It has its own ski rental shop, allowing for ski-in/ski-out access, which is ideal for ski enthusiasts! The hotel also offers excellent dining options, hot springs, and the 'Thaiwoo Night' performances, which are incredibly diverse and entertaining. The service is exceptional, especially Richard at the front desk. He was so helpful and patient during check-in, explaining all the services and how to use them, and even sent detailed information via WeChat. He promptly resolved many of our issues through WeChat during our stay! I'll definitely be returning to Nanshanli Hotel and highly recommend it to everyone!

Later, I learned that the front desk was in a hurry to get off work, and I could understand how much the service of calling at noon after the reservation was completed. Later, the little girl who picked us up said that we had extended the hot spring water release time, the management was chaotic, the bad reviews, the restaurant was small and expensive, the things were justified, and the overall experience was not good. Negative Ratings!

Hotel breakfast is really good with a couple of live stations for noodles and eggs. Rooms were also clean and hotel staff was mostly speedy and helpful. Note that there there’s no shuttle directly to the fulong ski resort, it’s a 1km walk around 15 mins, or a 5 min didi. It’s a 15 mins didi to wanlong ski resort which is also pretty convenient. The two way shuttle from the hotel to the chongli train station only lasts while the fulong resort is open so since we caught the end of the ski season, we no longer had the shuttle service to the train station but the didi was just as convenient. I liked that the location was near ski shops, restaurants and food, and even a pharmacy 200m away.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were impressed by the high-quality ambiance and professional service. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable – not a single strange smell. The front desk staff were very warm and responsive to our requests. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next visit!

Everything is so perfect staying at the unit. Mr Alan and team has been so kind and accomodating to my request, from helping to pick us up at train station during peak time, right throughout our stay, until we checked out. The unit is perfect, everything you need is available to use. Nothing has been more than grateful having him and his team assisting me and family during our stay there.
