Hot Springs Hotels in Hebei, China

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel boasts a beautiful environment right by the lake and even has a small zoo, making it perfect for families with seniors and children. There's a convenient shuttle service to Hetou Old Street. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The fruit platter, redeemed with Ctrip points, was generous, and the hotel's breakfast was also excellent. Overall, a very satisfying trip!

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

Perfect hotel with excellent service.  You won’t find a better location, ski-in ski-out, next to the gondola, ski rental and skipas in the hotel. The hotel is well equipped, clean and lot’s of facilities.  Ella and Miya from the reception were outstanding. Really helpful, friendly, easy to communicate with (via translate app) and pro-active. They even made a late checkout possible. Skipass, ski rental was easily arranged via the reception.  To end the day in the hotspring while it’s -16 outside was the icing on the cake! Don’t look further, this is your hotel! A perfect stay!!

Very modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it. 潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests. A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them. For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.

The hotel is located 15 minutes away from the east gate of Baishishan Mountain by car. The hotel service is very good, especially the supervisor Zhang Sheng, who handles emergencies promptly and patiently, and has a warm and thoughtful service attitude. The room service responds promptly, and the indoor environment is good. There are many types of hot springs, clean water, rich breakfast varieties, complete children's facilities, the hot spring children's paddling pool is open, and the naughty castle facilities on the second floor are rich. Recommended for friends who are going to play near Baishishan.

This hotel in Thaiwoo Town is perfect for family ski trips. It has its own ski rental shop, allowing for ski-in/ski-out access, which is ideal for ski enthusiasts! The hotel also offers excellent dining options, hot springs, and the 'Thaiwoo Night' performances, which are incredibly diverse and entertaining. The service is exceptional, especially Richard at the front desk. He was so helpful and patient during check-in, explaining all the services and how to use them, and even sent detailed information via WeChat. He promptly resolved many of our issues through WeChat during our stay! I'll definitely be returning to Nanshanli Hotel and highly recommend it to everyone!

When we arrived, it was a little more than six o'clock. The front desk was off work. The check-in procedure was to give the room card and enter the room directly. I said that the front desk was off work. Is this in line with the regulations of the hotel and the public security system? I called me before and said that the hot spring was until 6:30. Later, I learned that the front desk was in a hurry to get off work, and I could understand how much the service of calling at noon after the reservation was completed. I didn’t understand how to go to you. Is it for the hot spring? If I go late, there will be no more, right? Later, the little girl who picked us up said that we had extended the hot spring water release time, the management was chaotic, the bad reviews, the restaurant was small and expensive, the things were justified, and the overall experience was not good. Negative Ratings!

My stay at Tangyin Hot Spring Resort was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the ski resort, making travel incredibly convenient, and self-parking was a breeze. The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, with excellent underfloor heating throughout and great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk handled check-in efficiently, and any requests were promptly addressed with thoughtful attention to detail. The highlight was definitely the natural hot spring, sourced from 3600 meters underground, offering a full range of indoor and outdoor pools with comfortable water temperatures – perfect for unwinding after skiing, melting away all fatigue instantly. The dining was authentic and offered great value for money, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive, with plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment. The overall environment is elegant, facilities are complete, and the service is considerate, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Clean and hygienic, smart home system. The shower water pressure is strong, and hot water comes out quickly. The deluxe king-size bed is comfortable whether you're lying down horizontally or vertically. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Free parking is available in the underground garage. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices, the fruit is of good quality, the pudding is delicious, and the beef noodles and clear soup noodles are both good. There are many restaurants to choose from downstairs. The accommodation includes a free bath pass, which is great for relaxing on a road trip.

Everything is so perfect staying at the unit. Mr Alan and team has been so kind and accomodating to my request, from helping to pick us up at train station during peak time, right throughout our stay, until we checked out. The unit is perfect, everything you need is available to use. Nothing has been more than grateful having him and his team assisting me and family during our stay there. Thank you again, and we really hope to come again.
