Service: The owner was very attentive and even helped us pick up our luggage from our previous hotel, saving us time. It was super nice! 👌🏻 Environment: We canceled our previous hotel reservation immediately after seeing this hotel open, and it proved to be a great choice. The decor is very new, and the vibrant jujube trees in the courtyard are a real delight. The night view is also stunning, perfect for taking photos. Cleanliness: The courtyard is very clean and tidy, and the maid is diligent in cleaning. I even saw her mopping the courtyard while I was eating breakfast, which was a very pleasant experience. Amenities: The room was well-equipped, with Marshall speakers, a Dyson hair dryer, a temperature-controlled towel rack, and smart home technology—essential for a quality travel experience. It's the details that really make it stand out. After my travel photography trip, I returned to the hotel to shower, turned on the speakers, and listened to music. My husband sat on the sofa. The courtyard was quiet and peaceful, creating a very relaxing atmosphere that instantly soothed the fatigue of walking around the ancient city. Breakfast: I don't think there are many breakfast options in Pingyao, but this one offers both Chinese and Western dishes, and they're very filling.

The hotel is relatively new and is in a convenient location. It takes 15 minutes to drive to the ancient city and 10 minutes to the museum. There are restaurants, drinks and massages all around... The room is clean, the toilet has no smell, the bedding is comfortable, the drinking water is 4 bottles in the room, and there are supplies in the elevator. The window of the suite on the 7th floor is the opposite building. There is no view and rain. Not hot enough... There are basically seats available for breakfast starting from 730. There are not many vegan varieties and the taste is acceptable... It is convenient to check in and check out. It is good to have whole grain specialties as a gift... There is enough parking space and it is free. You need to scan the QR code. I couldn't scan it a few times. It took some time to manually open it, but overall it was OK.

First of all, the location is very good. There is a noisy street outside, but it is okay inside the homestay. The service of the lady at the front desk is not bad. If you encounter any emergencies, she will help solve them immediately. The service staff is no problem. But I really can't understand that the mirror in the room is facing the bed. The four white curtains hanging around the bed, not to mention Feng Shui, really make me feel creepy at night. I can't understand it. The mirror can't cover it. The room is not soundproof. The sound of the neighbors closing the door and talking is very clear. I was woken up by the sound of the aunt chatting and throwing things in the trash can before I woke up in the morning. The hot spring is just a big soaking pool. The water drains very slowly and there is no bathtub cover. The hygiene of the floor outside the bathtub is not satisfactory. This price is close to the low-end room type of luxury hotels or luxury hotels in the off-season. The price-performance ratio is average. The boss should think about how to convert tourists into repeat customers.

Although it is an old hotel, the things in the room are a bit old, but clean, the main service is very good, the delivery is sent, the Dragon Boat Festival also sent dumplings and hand rope, everyone in the hotel is very warm, the buffet is good, the variety is not many, but the taste is good, clean, I ate the special breakfast meatball instant noodles, I liked it very much, and the crayfish for lunch was also very good.

Also, the hardware has not changed (and is older than in the past) but the price has increased. After the epidemic, the business difficulties are understandable, but there is no improvement of service and hardware. I want to solve the problem through price increases. I personally think that the operator's thinking should be changed. Anyone who increases the price will, but at this time, it is no different to killing chickens.

Such great experience! The staffs were super helpful, kind and friendly. You can easily tell that they were happy to help out as much as they could for us to have a better experience. The room was clean without any visible dust when we first walked in, it was so obvious that they put their heart into what they do. We also recieved snack bag upon our departure! I will definitely come back to stay with them everytime i come to pingyao!
