This hotel is great! I stayed in room 1602, a South Bridge view room, and it was directly facing the 'Blue Tears' (bioluminescent plankton). The view was absolutely stunning; there was no need to go up to the free tea area on the higher floors. I also checked out the downstairs area and saw they have hot springs, but I didn't bring a swimsuit, so I couldn't try them. The hotel itself is clean and compact. The front desk lady was fantastic, offering service with a smile – truly excellent! I even left something behind at the hotel, and they went above and beyond by sending it back to me via SF Express. So incredibly grateful!
I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort.
The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay.
I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition.
There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was.
The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable.
Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation.
The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time.
Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather.
The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard.
The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies.
Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.
Shan Guo Guesthouse boasts a beautifully designed exterior, interior, and a charming small garden. It appears newly renovated and is fully equipped with excellent facilities. Parking is convenient. The viewing platform offers breathtaking mountain and river views. We visited in August, and the temperature was perfect – neither too hot nor too cold – with a delightful evening breeze. For anyone traveling to Mengtun River, Bipenggou, or Lixiao Road, Shan Guo is an excellent accommodation choice!

This is a fantastic hotel! The rooms are clean and bright, and the bedding is very comfortable. There's a food street right downstairs. We booked two rooms, and they were both spacious with separate wet and dry areas in the shower. There's even a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The hotel service is excellent, especially the front desk staff who were all very warm and polite. There are tons of places to eat nearby, with lots of local specialties.

The B&B's interior design is exquisite, and the ladies at the front desk are polite and beautiful. There's also an outdoor hot spring bath, and downstairs, it's connected to a special ******* restaurant (Yacang Restaurant), which gives it a unique local flavor. The room was larger than expected, with underfloor heating, a humidifier, and a projector. However, the projector box was placed near the false ceiling vent at the head of the bed, making it quite a hassle to use as you had to aim the remote precisely and hold it up high to get a response – quite annoying, haha! The view outside the window was obstructed by other objects, offering only a small glimpse of the outdoors, but the B&B's clever use of greenery and small decorative touches made the stay comfortable and acceptable. Some parts of the room have smart controls. Although the bathroom isn't very large, it has a smart toilet and a separate wet and dry area. The only downside was the low water pressure, which made showering a bit unsatisfactory – it would be great if this could be improved! I stayed for three days and two nights, and overall it was comfortable. It would still be my first choice if I come again!
The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel lobby had a very unique design. It might have been the off-season as there weren't many good food options nearby, so we ended up having dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very economical and a great value.

Service: After booking the room, a dedicated butler contacted us with the detailed address and directions, and guided us to the hotel via the Baitukan Tunnel. The hotel also has a dedicated parking lot. The hotel offers laundry service, which is very convenient. The owner was very patient and helpful when we asked about nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel's fruit platter and breakfast were also very generous.
Environment: As soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, I was completely captivated by the stunning mountain view. It's about a ten-minute walk to the center of Kangding County, and I saw a plethora of beautiful roses along the way.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom had double sinks and a heated towel rack, which was a nice touch.
Facilities: The hotel's restaurant offers a great view, and dining there was a delightful experience. The fourth-floor balcony was also very comfortable, and downstairs there were also billiards, mahjong machines, and other entertainment facilities.
P.S. I'm not a shill, just a happy newbie who finally made it to my western Sichuan trip. Thank you Kangding and this fantastic hotel for making it a perfect start to my trip.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-10 minute taxi ride from Emeishan Station.
The Christmas vibe was amazing! I checked in on Christmas Eve, and the whole hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations with festive music playing. It felt incredibly festive!
The service attitude was excellent throughout my stay:
• Concierge: From the moment I arrived, staff were there to open the car door, and they did the same when I left by taxi. Very warm and welcoming~
• Front Desk: The lady at the front desk was meticulous in handling everything, spoke softly, and even upgraded my room for free 🏠
• Coffee Bar: The manager on duty was also very kind and enthusiastically offered recommendations ☕
• Housekeeping: The cleaning aunties would always greet me with a smile in the morning 🙋♀️
Overall, the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming 🧸. Every staff member was friendly. Yesterday, I encountered a minor issue midway through my stay, and the staff stayed with me throughout the process, making me feel supported. It was a great experience. 💕
Dining Experience:
• Breakfast: The small noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket were especially delicious! 🍜
• Chinese Restaurant: The food was generally okay, but I personally found some dishes a bit oily. The sweet skin duck I ordered had a slight fishy taste, but it was acceptable.
• Afternoon Tea: The staff were very thoughtful, even offering takeout and packing services 📦. In the evening, I had some cocktails and ordered snacks like fries. The overall ambiance was great 🍸.
• In-room Welcome Gift: In the evening, they prepared welcome fruits, which were local Emei Mountain specialties 🍊, and croissants 🥐. Very thoughtful.
Room Amenities:
The room was equipped with a bathtub, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The heating was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided two pillow heights (one high, one low). The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable bathtub liners and bath salts.
Hot Springs and Pool:
Guests can enjoy the hot springs and there's also a swimming pool. The hot springs are split into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section is a large pool without much decorative design, but the water temperature and quality were both excellent.
Travel Photography Service:
The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, including 3 free photos. The photographer was very professional and patiently guided me on poses; the retoucher was also very skilled, and the photos turned out beautifully!
Value for Money:
The price was very reasonable, and the facilities and services were definitely worth it.
Little Highlight:
I noticed a small detail: even the sand-filled receptacles for cigarette butts had the hotel's logo on them, showing great attention to detail.
Minor Flaw:
Yesterday, I requested turn-down service, but it wasn't carried out. However, the front desk lady promptly prepared a small gift as compensation 🎁, and her handling of the situation was very good.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan~ 🎀

MM278kx9ge****I visited the Sofitel Chengdu Jinjiang Myrtille for a weekend getaway and was completely won over by its resort vibe and excellent service. Special shoutout to Taylor, whose service truly made our trip twice as enjoyable!
Whether it was the public hot springs or the private onsen in our room, everything helped us unwind and relax. The facilities were superb too: complimentary bicycles, lakeside leisure activities, a clean and comfortable room, and fresh welcome fruits – every detail spoke of quality.
Taylor's service was absolutely top-notch, warm and professional throughout. From a smooth check-in with a thorough introduction to the hotel facilities and helpful tips for the hot springs, to proactively responding to our various needs during our stay, she was quick and efficient in handling everything, whether it was asking about local attractions or needing extra items. What truly touched us was her attentiveness; she noticed our preferences and subtly provided delightful surprises. This level of unexpected care made us feel genuinely valued and warm inside.
This vacation not only offered the comfort of natural hot springs, beautiful surroundings, and rich amenities, but we were also deeply impressed by Taylor's thoughtful service. Her professionalism and genuine attitude elevated the luxury resort experience beyond just the hardware. I've already recommended this hotel to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again next time. A big thank you to Taylor for such a wonderful experience!
1118239****Just finished my stay at this hotel, and I must say it's been one of the most unexpectedly delightful experiences recently. From the moment of arrival, every single detail showed the hotel's meticulous care.
The hotel rooms are designed with expansive views, offering picturesque cityscapes or garden scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and even the mini-bar selection shows thoughtful consideration. I particularly appreciated the hotel's attention to detail – excellent soundproofing, a smart and convenient lighting and curtain system, and even thoughtfully placed power outlets. The private hot spring was superb in terms of privacy and comfort.
The staff were warm and efficient, even setting up a private service group to assist us.
The most impressive thing was when I realized my child had left their glasses in the room after we had checked out. I contacted the hotel staff, and they promptly helped find them and immediately arranged to mail them back to us. Hats off to their service!
I've already recommended this hotel to several friends and look forward to returning for another stay soon.

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service.
When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us.
The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef.
Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

Jjiangru****This is a great hotel, with an excellent location right at the entrance of the pedestrian street opposite the high-speed train station. It's clean and hygienic, and the decor is very elegant. Although it's not natural hot spring water, it's very clean and gets refilled daily. We used it one evening, and the next morning at breakfast, we saw the pool had been drained, which shows they use fresh water every day – definitely a plus! The toiletries are also good; the hand cream, shower gel, and conditioner come in large bottles and are French-made. Overall, it has a fresh and pleasant vibe. Very good.

AAnonymous UserThe pros: They contacted me in advance to tell me how to get there, the lobby is beautiful, and there's central heating, so it's warm as soon as you enter the room. The location is great, right by the Songcheng Scenic Area, with lots of restaurants nearby.
The cons: The room facilities are very basic. Some switches are not sensitive, and the soft furnishings have scuffs and haven't been maintained. The worst part is that water from the shower leaks out from under the door, making the bathroom floor all wet. The breakfast selection is also limited. They offer a shuttle service to the scenic area in the morning, but there's only one car, so you have to wait for round trips.
Overall, paying almost 500 yuan for this B&B isn't really worth it; it would be better to book a regular hotel instead.
GGuest UserI liked the (Chinese-style) breakfast. The staff was helpful and they even took me down to the front of the mountain ticket office. The food at night (beef and bamboo shoots) was not bad.
I stayed in the garden view room, with two single beds. The bed was comfortable. The tea in the room was really nice Maofeng tea. The style of the room didn’t scream luxury to me (not the quiet kind either).
As for the location, I thought it would be nice to be in mountainous surroundings but it didn’t prove to be very convenient for my needs. I arrived on Friday and went to the front mountain on Saturday. Someone from the hotel very kindly dropped me off near the ticket office.
A little aside: After visiting the mountain I decided on a spontaneous trip to Nanqiao (the south bridge) in Dujiangyan (I had not seen it at night on an earlier trip there). It was not that hard to find a taxi back, but keep in mind a small surcharge of 3.9% for taking you up the mountain).
On Sunday I left the hotel too late as it was already very busy on the road to the back mountain ticket the taxi driver did not want to take me there (cause it would mean being stuck in traffic for hours either no compensation for all this waste of time) but offered to take me to The high speed railway station from which I could take a bus (passing hotel again!). Obviously the bus also ended up in a traffic jam, but in any case I did make it there in the end. Luckily I took my luggage and left it at a shop next to the foot passenger ticket office for 5 yuan.
Unfortunately the hot water spring is only open in winter. They have a nice pool though. I enjoyed my stay but didn’t find it very luxurious although it is rare to have a hotel with a pool in China, so that was cool. At around 50 euros per night it was okay value for money.

The breakfast food is very healthy, no pre-made dishes, and the taste is really good! The service is also quite good and very enthusiastic. I genuinely recommend this place!

SSushi is lifeBeautiful place, as depicted in the photos. Service and food were great. Bed was super comfortable, shower was hot and strong, toiletries were of superb quality. We went with our elderly parents and they loved being in nature and having such fresh air everyday. It feels like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the world.
Note that there is no nearby shop as the hotel is halfway up the hill and the hotel restaurant is not open throughout the day. This was not an issue for us as we were able to order food delivery with the guidance of the hotel staff. Also, this is much nearer to 街子古镇 and is quite a distance to the main 青城山 area. We loved 街子古镇 though as it is much less touristy than the main 青城山 area and spent an entire day exploring the town.
What could be improved:
- During our first day there were issues with wifi and the room heater. Although the staff responded to our requests for help immediately, it took a few hours to fix the wifi, while the heater was only fixed the next day. Service was very pleasant though and I appreciate their sincere updates as I understand some things are beyond control. I do wish they could have checked the heater beforehand.
- There was no tour of the grounds when we arrived, nor an introduction to the free activities available as part of our stay, so we had to explore the place ourselves and ask for activities such as: calligraphy, horse riding, free car ride to the Qingchengshan train station.
All in all, despite a few hiccups, it was a very comfortable and restful stay. Thank you to the team for taking good care of us!
