You have to pay 150 pounds separately before booking.. Trip.com says you can store your luggage, but it was rejected. The tableware and facilities themselves feel a bit dirty Close to the pub, it is good to go out to play, but it is not recommended to go out at night because the surrounding security is not so good You will pay 150 pounds separately before your stay. I couldn't store my luggage, so it was inconvenient.

Highly disappointed as I booked two nights for my mom and her husband who were visiting the UK for the very first time. My mom is the biggest Beatles fan and I was so excited to book this hotel for her. When I booked, I asked for the hotel to make sure to give her a good view on a high floor not knowing there are only 5 floors. I’ve attached a pic of the literally trashy view she had. Now, if this view is the only option on the 5th floor, then an email should have been sent for better views on lower floors. because I did ask for a high floor not knowing what the hotel is like. No wonder the pictures of the hotel and the rooms when booking are not clear. This hotel is beautiful from the outside but unfortunately the inside is just a regular old hotel with pics of the Beatles scattered around. If this isn’t bad enough, one of the days they left the hotel without taking a shower because there was no hot water and no warning of it. My mom was polite and kind and told me she had a good time, but that’s only because the hotel is in a good location. Parking was a headache as there was no clear direction and she was not told about the fee prior to. Overall, a very disappointing experience. There is a lot of room for improvement here.

The room was spacious and modernly designed. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities provided, including a refrigerator, slippers, a coffee machine, and conveniently located power sockets behind the beds. However, the bathroom design was quite impractical. The shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, likely due to low water pressure since we stayed on the 15th floor (the top floor). The sink and hangers also seemed poorly thought out, as if the designer hadn’t tested them after installation. Only one tissue was found inside the tissue box, and the air conditioning was difficult to adjust for proper ventilation.

Not bad, mainly very close to the stadium, just a few minutes walk, the location is absolutely good, there is a convenience store in the gas station diagonally opposite, if you need to cook, you can buy simple dishes, there are not many choices for eating out, the neighborhood is relatively deserted, because the first time I booked a homestay, I didn’t have experience. I don't know if it is contactless check-in, you must remember to see the email with the room password. If you have any questions, you can also call or send an email.

Only 1 lift working so 5 minute delays most of time. Breakfast was 15 £ and had to wait for all the items to be available at same time.Meant I had to go up 3 times. When checking in got a double even though had requested a twin.Had to wait for lift and go back to reception. Took 15 mins. Overall haven't stayed here in about 15 years and looks like they have done Nothing with it in the interim.

The location is very good and I think it is the best place to sightsee Liverpool. On the first day of arrival, there was a problem with the button on the toilet in the room, but the staff immediately responded and prepared another room. Also, when I asked if there was a coin laundry nearby, he politely told me the location. In addition to that, there were several scenes where I felt the hospitality of the hotel, and it was a hotel that I wanted to use when staying in Liverpool.

The front staff of the hotel were very nice. The room was okay, and I could hear people talking in the next room and the hallway, but it didn't bother me because there were no noisy guests. The first problem was that the location was not good, with poor access to Lime Street Station and tourist spots. Also, the road to the hotel was mostly uphill, which made it difficult. I think it's a good hotel with no issues other than the location.

Place was exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying if your trip is short. As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so I’ll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen you’ll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, I’m not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Haven’t seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good. Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and you’ll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I haven’t seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didn’t need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well. Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel, especially as my family and I were unfortunately left in the city after we missed our last train. The staff were very accommodating, and we were given a free upgrade to the executive suite after a mishap and explaining our situation. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, very well ventilated, and clean. The towels were extra soft, and there was more than enough to accommodate my family. We received cosy dressing gowns and slippers. We had extra pillows in the bed, and it was extremely comfortable. The bathroom amenities were divine, too. The shower room was a great design with very good lighting. The location was perfect, under a 10 min walk from Liverpool Lime St rail station.

It is a 20-minute walk to James St train station and a 15-minute walk to the city center, Liverpool Cathedral and many other attractions. It is convenient for sightseeing. The heating is powerful, the temperature is suitable, the bed is comfortable, the windows can be opened, and the wifi is good. However, the desk light is dark. We came here to celebrate my sisters birthday. I have a disability so asked for a accessible room. Well all i can say is wow!! The room was very big, with a full wet room with slip mats, plenty of towels with shampoo conditioner and shower gel, (which wasn't the cheap stuff) a fridge microwave sink coffee machine kettle were all in our room but cleverly hidden in what looked like wardrobes. Staff were outstanding in every way. We arrived with a card and chocolates on our table wishing my sister a happy birthday, Monday to Thursday they have an hour of free win or soft drinks in reception. The hotel was spotless lifts working at all times, we were close enough to all the bars and shops yet didn't hear any noise when in our room resting. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I'm honest Liverpool itself what a lovely lovely city!!! Will absolutely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

Liverpool, a city that is so beautiful when the weather is fine. When I first arrived at the hotel, because the decoration was outside, the name of the hotel was too small. My son and I didn’t see the hotel in front of you. Then I turned around a big circle and found that I found the right place for the first time. The facilities are good. The room on the fourth floor where we live, even if the decoration does not affect the view, the lower floors are not clear. Hotel location is very good, go to the museum, go to the train station are very close, anyway, we stayed for two days, no car 😄 good experience 👍
