Ariadne Beach - Adults Only

Begining of the season - very nice and quiet place. Not many people, big enough apartament, large bathroom. Small beach at the front of the hotel. The food is very good, fresh and excelent quality - maybe the diversity could be better but no one will be hungry.

Just returned from 10 days here what a great holiday we have had. What outstanding friendly helpful staff they were too many to name even the gentleman sweeping around the well kept grounds always a smile and a greeting. The Restaurant Buffet in particular deserves a mention. Beautiful fresh produce presented everyday the standard of choice for Half Board would satisfy most holidaymakers. Excellent all round a huge thank you to all who made our stay most enjoyable. We also met some lovely fellow holidaymakers how nice that was.

We arrived to the hotel late at the evening and were led directly to dinner, which took as by a nice surprise - the buffet was rich in variety with plenty vegetarian and enough vegan options. After the dinner, a service employee took us and our bags to our bungalow by a cart which was a nice touch due to the steep incline. As for the accommodations, we might have got the best room possible, with beautiful sea-side view. This part of the hotel appeared to be built recently so it felt very new and modern. It was close to the dining hall, pools, and the back parking lot, while separated enough from them all to not be disturbed by any noise when sitting on the balcony. The only slightly bad thing about the room itself was a squeaky sofa, and maybe a proper shower corner. The bed was huge and soft, the room had a well functioning AC and fridge, plenty storage room, nice clean bathroom and a TV with a plethora of channel and language options. And of course, the view from the balcony was absolutely exquisite. When it comes to food, we had half-board and were surprised by the variety and the fact that many foods changed every day, so there was always something new to try. There were also a well established basics which were the same every day so we always knew what to look forward to too. As for the taste, it was always A+, we never had even a slightest complaint. We’d emphasize meals with mushrooms which were always superb, a huge selection of local foods and the freshness of everything from baked foods to salads and fruits. A plant-based milk is also always available, although we had to ask the staff for it. I’d say we were spoiled by the food on our last vacation on Crete but this superseded all our expectations. We’ll keep hoping for more varied vegan foods though. Now for the biggest win - the staff. We already learned that when we’re friendly with the staff, they’re friendly with us. However, the level of personal touch, small talk and overall service we got here was completely unexpected. While everyone was always perfectly professional, they always had personal touch that made us look forward to any interaction. There were staff members always ready to help us with our Greek vocabulary (and teach us some dirty words too :D), and there were others who showed genuine interest in our experience. At the same time, they seemed to always know when not to interrupt our conversation. And finally, we took this holiday on a birthday, which we might have mentioned during small talk to some staff. One evening after a full day of travel, we were surprised by a lovely birthday cake in our room. We still don’t know whose idea it was or whether it’s something the hotel does for everyone according to their personal details, but it was a source of immense joy for us as well as for the staff with whom we shared it. Great romantic place for adults. Enjoyed every day of our 10 days of all inclusive holiday! Beautiful view in restaurant so you can have a breakfast and evening meal with a lovely sunshine or breeze from the sea in the evening. A very special thank you to all kitchen team! Very friendly and helpful. Food is expectable for a 4 star hotel: all fresh salads, variety of dishes and deserts are amazing !! There are a lots beautiful flowers and plants around are making hotel a very nice and beautiful. Reception staff are very friendly and reacting at any requests quacky. Thank you all! Very clean rooms and I would recommend this hotel for holiday who are looking a relaxing holiday. A little note: they provided 2 bottle of water just on your arrival only, however there is a little shop near of hotel where you can buy a little things.

Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and the chef is very friendly and always come out to greet people and answer any questions about what's been made. The food is amazing and fresh. There is a wide variety of food everyday with some amazing traditional greek food as well. You will alway's find something yummy to eat! The barman makes delicious drinks and is very kind. As usual, people are writing a feedback at the end of their holiday but I've deiced to write my review on our first day here. We arrived after 23.00 and were so impressed of a hospitality of the staff from the taking our luggage to the room, tasty sandwiches, fresh fruits and water in the fridge till friendly a**osphere in the bar which is open till 1am. Food is amazing, good choice, very delicious deserts. We are happy to stay our 10 days all inclusive holiday and sure we'll back here again.

Lovely area ,nice walk into agios Nicolas. Hotel good, pool areas kept clean and no putting towels out to save sun beds which was refreshing ,pool bar nice Halena brilliant so friendly 👍🍸🍺, food good always something and sitting outside on an evening was so nice, George lovely waiter . All towels including beach towel if put in the bath were replaced . Room a little tired but overall a good holiday . Negative :lovely large reception area not used to its potential a nice bar area with piano or something would have been lovely before evening meal

What can I say... A stone beach is across the road, with a lovely little cafe bar, 10 minutes to your right is a sand beach, apparently the best in the area but we didn't get chance to visit. The main town is 10 minutes to your right with plenty of restaurants/ bars and a lovely harbour and lake, great night life. Hotel - had an initial issue with our room as it was on a corner and the wind blowing through the door was awful, no problem for reception they had us moved to a better room in 5 minutes. If you have any trouble with the stairs/ ramps the two young lads on reception with happily give you a lift in the golf bugger. Never done an adults only and the peace and quiet is amazing. The food in the restaurant was varied and never any issues, the staff in the restaurant are brilliant, Maria looked after us every evening and knew what we wanted to drink and was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely visit again.

One the best places we've ever stayed. The hotel is beautiful, feels like a small Greek village and it's lovely to step out of your room onto a footpath & not a generic corridor. There is so much space, it never feels over crowded, always plenty of space round the pool areas and when dining. the food was good, varied and catered to all our tastes (vegetarian) The rooms are a good size (family room, double + single beds) with plenty of room for clothes and baggage. The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotels proximity to the public beach is perfect, just make sure younger children are supervised crossing the road in front of the hotel. Pool/beach shoes are advisable on this pebble beach. There is a sand beach 5 minutes walk away, but it's always very busy. the hotel is walking distance from the centre of town and a it's not much further to the bus station (a bit of a incline to get there) where very helpful staff will help you get the correct us to explore the island. although Ag Nik itself is beautiful One of our favourite places is the little taverna at the front of the hotel. Post evening meal we could be found at the taverna, playing games, listening to the sea and testing all the inclusive cocktails.
