Hilton Knoxville Airport

Every is good. Front desk staff is very polite and helpful. The location is best for traveler who arrive at the airport late at night. It has a covered walkway from the airport to the hotel. You will never get lost for sure. Once you arrive at the airport and pick your bag from the baggage claims, you will see a signpost to the hotel. Super convenient and safe. (Unfortunately, I visit this hotel when there’s kind of construction so the water is affected and unclean at that time. But I know if I visit here again at the right time, it will be very best experience)

Upon arrival the staff was great. Moved my room to accommodate myself and was appreciated! Ask for a late check out because my flight was later the next day. Was done with no hassle. Upon my departure I still had time to kill so the manager Vic was on duty. He said once I checked out shuttle no longer available to guest. He, kept my luggage as I went to eat. Then a few hours later personally drove me to the airport! If that is not 5 STARS I DONT KNOW WHAT IS! Thank you Mr.. Vic, you are a true and seekable employee that folks bleed for! They are happy to have the staff they have! Thanks again Steven Dunahoo Naples, Florida

We stayed here as part of the Park Sleep Fly program the night before we flew to Orlando for a week-long stay. We scheduled the shuttle for 4 am on departure day, but when we got downstairs they informed us an employee had taken the keys home and there was no shuttle but that they had called a cab for a family leaving later and we could ride along. By the time the taxi got there, 3 groups needed a ride, but there weren’t enough seats, so one person had to sit in the trunk. We arrived at the airport about 30 min later than planned. The hotel staff told us that when we landed late at night the following weekend, we should just call the hotel to request for the shuttle to pick us up. We called, but no one answered after 20-30 rings. When I tried a few min later, someone answered and told me they didn’t have anyone else working that night, so I would need to find my own crack and they would Cover it. There were no taxis waiting since it was a late flight and the airport was essentially closed. We ended up having to book an Uber driver, which delayed us about 30 min, and we still had a 2 hour drive home. I definitely would not recommend using this hotel for that service. The rooms were fine, but the service was not good. We didn’t receive a parking pass until we remembered to ask for it, either. I booked here as a travel agent hoping I could recommend this hotel to my clients, but I definitely will NOT be recommending it.

Hotel was well kept and clean, the location you can tell was recently remodeled. Plenty of well lit parking, and even being close to an airport, could not hear planes taking off and landing. Only issue we had was a hot water temp problem.

On first glance the room and hotel looked clean. When getting ready to get in bed the sheets were pulled back to show several places of staining. See pictures. I went to tell the front desk. They said I could not change rooms, but they would send a staff member up to change the sheets. A person came up 15 minutes later. As she striped off the clearly non disbutable sheets I noticed that the mattress did not have a mattress pad cover. Any stains would be soaked up in the mattress. While putting on the new sheets the top sheet that should have been clean was soiled as well. she quickly said, ”I'll get another clean sheet. That is weird it must be the dryer.” Regardless of the what the stains were, anyone with proper eye sight could have seen the stains and stained/dirty sheets do not go not a bed. No offer of refund or remorse was given. The shower also did not drain properly. Basically you stood in backed up water. On top of that the facility had signs stating No Smoking, but the worker behind the food/beverage restaurant was vaping. I felt like I was staying a Super 8. I could not leave because it was late, everywhere else was booked, and I had to be up by 5:00 a.m. The Marriott company was not concerned with this report. They offered 10,000 points in their rewards system to stay at Marriott in the future. A room is 41, 500 points a night.
