I stayed at the Premier inn the window lock was Broken the noise from the traffic was terrible and the shower leaked, the food on site was poor

The hotel was very reasonable. Staff were super friendly and restaurant has a garden which was nice in the sun. Car park had good available spaces. Rooms were clean and everything worked. 1 big issue were the rooms were too hot. No air conditioning but a fan. The room got to 26 degrees. The fan was doing nothing and was so noisy we couldn't sleep. The bed gave me back ache. Was going to tell staff on check out but no one was available. Only 7 minutes to the beach and lots of amenities close by.

Great place, the only problem was I was in a room close to the main road, now the traffic noise wasn't a problem but there was a loose grid on the road and every time a car ( which was pretty much every car) went over it, it made a hell of a noise

Constantly thumping noise from guest from room above my room, I complained that 12 midnight the noise was not stopping. The front desk looked at the system and said he is our regular guest and he should stop making noise from 10 pm onward as he goes to work early! I was not pleased as was on a hospital business call and constantly getting disturbed all night! He should be given room on a ground floor not second.

Breakfast is fine if you want to stuff yourself with all you can eat. Check first where the breakfast is. Don't pay before or at reception until you have visited the adjacent Pub linked to the Hotel. In our case the Pub had a 2 for 1 deal for a full English Breakfast for under £5. even if they didn't have the offer a basic 1 Sausage 2 Bacon Egg, 2 Hash Browns and Mushrooms came to under £5 each. The total for both of us including Tea and Coffee was under £8. far far less than the over £10 each you were expected to pay at reception.

Great hotel staff and breakfast. Only let down was lack of the normal Premier Inn coffee machine offering a variety of coffees at breakfast. Added to this we had the last of the fresh milk on our breakfast cereal. Every other Premier Inn we have stayed at has had a coffee machine do not spoil the ship for a halfpenny of tar Premier Inn!

We were pleased with our one night stay. The room was clean comfortable and all that we have come to expect of a Premier Inn. Staff were welcoming and we appreciated tea and coffee sachets being left for guests to use. We were disappointed with The Mill restaurant and will add a review on their website.
