Check in was a nightmare with Dulce.
There were hidden extra charges and extra charges that were requested upon check in.
We were traveling with a 20 month old baby, we were charged $13 for “extra guest” and the manager Nancy then explained after check out that the $13 were a breakfast for the infant: it was never offered.
We received a phone call from Dulce (check in agent) 2 days later after check out requesting my credit card number to “close my account”.
Which was already closed and I was given an invoice with all charged paid at check out with a lovely gentleman.
We requested to speak to Nancy, the manager, and the information Dulce gave ger was not accurate.
******* was a life safer with this hotel!
******* helped during our stay and during check out. They made sure we got what we paid for.

the gym its in a very bad condition, the cardio machines doesn't work as we expected in a 5 star hotel

Beautiful hotel, with a fantastic rooftop bar view
The parking garage is perfect for Antigua where parking can be tricky and offsite from most hotels.

Beautiful property! Loved the colonial-esque design, and the location was great. The restaurant and spa services are a bit expensive, but that said, the massage and pizza were excellent, so can't complain too much!
The only thing lacking is a real pool, especially for kids to play in; they have a very nice Jacuzzi, but it really shouldn't be used as a family hangout...
