The hotel is quite new, and the room facilities are also relatively new, except for the service which is really not good. This time I went out to play with friends and booked two boutique twin rooms. My friend's room had a large sofa, a round table and a round stool, but my room had nothing. The room next to me also had everything. I communicated with the front desk and asked for a round stool. After discussing for a long time, the front desk agreed. This aspect is really bad. Ordinary hotels have stools, but such a good hotel room doesn't even have a stool. It was really a little disappointing. Fortunately, they finally helped me solve it.

The environment is good. You need to take a taxi to eat in the town. You can order takeout. The drain was blocked when I was taking a shower on the day of check-in. The water flooded the room. The repair was quick, but the overflowing water was not handled. The disposable consumables in the room were not fully replenished. The sheets and quilt covers were not changed after staying for three days.

I have to complain! The room has no heating or air conditioning, and it is a bit cold in winter. I called the front desk to tell them about the situation, and they said they would bring me an electric heater. Half an hour later, I called again and they said no one was on duty. The shower area in the room was also blocked, and the shower water would overflow in two minutes. I wanted to wash my hair at night, but I still had to use the bathroom sink.
