Xi'an Hotel (Changbai Mountain North Slope Tourist Distribution Center)

The hotel is good. This is the second time I booked Xi'an Hotel. The hotel is not big, relatively new, clean and tidy, with warm service, free pick-up at Changbaishan Railway Station, and free luggage storage.

My parents are very satisfied. It is convenient for travel and clean. The only drawback is that the hotel service has a pick-up service. We booked it one day in advance and were told that there is no pick-up service. Everything else is OK.

The hotel is in a good location, in the center of the town. The front desk for checking in and the actual residence are not in the same building. There are many restaurants around, and many Internet celebrity restaurants are nearby.

This hotel is very upscale, with a high-end feeling and a poetic decoration style. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the northern slope of Changbai Mountain, with convenient transportation, high cost performance, and very good service. I like it! Warm!

This is my first time staying at Xi'an Hotel, and also my last time choosing Xi'an. Overall, it is very bad. The hygiene is particularly poor. There are hairs everywhere on the floor of the toilet. The bed sheets and pillows are not clean. There are hairs on them. There are many stains that cannot be washed clean. It looks very dirty. The service attitude of the front desk staff is not very good. The wallpaper is leaking and falling off. The ceiling is also leaking and soaked. The next morning, I don’t know if they are doing renovations early in the morning! The room is also cold, not warm. The front desk said that the government provides unified heating and it has nothing to do with them. Facilities: The door is also problematic. The hotel hygiene is too bad! There are a lot of hair and black balls on the bed. The pick-up was only a pick-up!!! No drop-off, and the pick-up kept selling tickets. We bought the Devil's World Rafting from the driver, but ended up taking us to Daquan River!!! Damn, the room my friend stayed in was even more disgusting. She was lying on her stomach looking for her knee pads, and there were slippers in the corner!!! And the toilet in this hotel is not smart and can't be heated!!! Old ice man... It's a rip-off!!!

The hotel facilities are very new ❤️, the hygiene is very clean, the environment is superb 👍🏻, the service of the front desk lady is very good, and there is also a pick-up service, which is really beautiful
