We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

This new hotel is really a destination hotel, the resort is indeed attraction and reason enough to make your way to Antwerp! You would best not leave it at all and spend the whole weekend there. But Antwerp has just too much to offer, that would be really bad not to look at the sights. But before walking through the city (from the hotel, all the attractions are accessible in a maximum of 20 minutes to foot) the sensationally furnished breakfast buffet attracts. With fine a la Carte food as a supplement. Only the eggs Benedict - to the for! After walking through the city then the bar, which is already one of the hot spots of the city, attracts. There you can be happy if there is still a cozy place free. And whoever then stands for the sense of sauna and swimming - for whom the large indoor pool and sauna area is ready. Beautiful one day in Antwerp can be hardly, than here in the beautiful new Botanic Sanctuary!

We spent one night here and since we travelled by car it was convenient to be able to let ourselves in at a time that suited us, as their check in times are from 3pm-6pm. It is a very tiny street front and easy to miss, but we were sent via email detailed instructions and a picture of the store front next to it. The car parking (paid) is directly across the road, we parked on arrival and left the car there the next day while we went exploring, as the hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to most things. We had the Penthouse which was very clean and comfortable, with a nice personalised note and local cookies waiting for us on arrival. It is definitely suited to couples only as the bathroom opened onto the living area. The blinds on the windows are operated by an electronic system, there were plates and cutlery to use, a mini fridge, microwave, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer and slippers. The drawbacks were that we found our room to be very hot, even though it wasn't a hot day and with only a fan to cool things down it would be very hot and stuffy on a hot day and the blinds did not block out all the light so if you like a dark room to sleep in, this room would not suit. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

The hotel is near the Antwerp station. Centraal just across the street. The journey is very convenient. If traveling by train, I recommend it. The room is very spacious. There is a microwave, a kettle, an iron, very complete. Staying in a room for 4 people, it has 2 queen-size beds, very comfortable to sleep, plus there is a dining room with a dining table for 1 more room, very impressed. breakfast is ok But the area is a bit small When there are many people, there will be no seats. When checking in at the hotel, choose a time to go to have breakfast. But it's okay to sit for too long. The receptionist is very cute, give early check-in as well. Next round will definitely use the service again 😊

For the most part the hotel is nice enough, especially for the price. Location is about 10 mins walk from a train station, which is one stop away from Antwerp Central. The staff at check in are friendly and professional. The big cons for us were these two situations; 1) When we got to our room and started settling down, I spotted underwear (previous occupants') which had found its way under one of the furniture in the room. It turned out to be clean but we informed reception on our way out into the city and they quickly apologised and had someone sent to our room to clear that out. - Cleaners could do a better job giving one last check when cleaning rooms between occupants, though I do understand that the days we were there was when the hotel was fully booked. But still. 2) That night, around 11.30pm when we were in our room with the window shut, we started hearing people shouting like hooligans from outside on the street -- so we shouted at them from our room o keep quiet as it was late and shut the window again. Then we started hearing these guys (4 or 5 of them) shout at us to go down and fight them (?) and asking us what our room number was (??). We also saw them trying to count the floors and windows. Obviously we didn't tell them, but we informed reception. About an hour later, there was VERY loud banging on our door and shouting for us to come out, once again we called reception and after a while the shouts stopped. We didn't feel very safe even to go out to the smoking area, so we called reception for some kind of help or assurance (and later on went down to talk to the person at reception at the time (the night reception, named Wim) to which we were told that; - Ppl shouting at us from the street below for our room number to go down to fight, & the people banging on our door to come out and fight was *apparently* not the same ppl. - Ppl banging on our door, was apparently a drunkard banging on everyone's door, and may not even have been a customer of theirs (which is extremely unlikely). - That we shouldn't have shouted back at them to keep quiet, because apparently it was fine to be shouting on the street directly outside the hotel up till 2am. The entire time he didn't apologise for the disturbance or reassure us even once that we would be safe - only said that they could help to call the police if something happened. -- Basically the night reception was really bad, and I was honestly worried for our safety that first night. Wasn't great.

The two-code system at the front door of the floor and the general entrance worked so bad that we were waiting out for a while with the family. Location and view were super good. WiFi and TV did not do it second. The toilet and the surface were good, with WiFi and TV, and the advertising was made. Then I'm sorry that there was a rebuilding between us and the screw. The price and quality were reasonable, with some small improvements, this apartment could really become a top apartment, and what mostly disturbed us is that the lobby door was open again and not worked again because the electricity was out.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of old Antwerp. Easy walk to the tourist old town & also to the destination Resteraunts in the locality & fashion district. Very professional staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Communal areas & rooms beatifully designed & detailed. Cleanliness 10/10. Bar/brasserie food & drinks were excellent. No reason to stay anywhere else in Antwerp. We will be back

A lovely hotel and right where you need to be if visiting Antwerp, it's ideally located near bars, restaurants, shopping and near the diamond quarter. Nice clean room with a large bed, no tea or coffee facilities but you can go upstairs to the sixth floor and use the machines (if working). The only issue I had was I needed to use the hairdryer and after about 2 minutes use it stopped working, that is the only problem I had. Would definitely use this hotel again, it's the perfect place. And before I forget I did ask a member of staff how to get to the brewery and someone else gave me directions, thank you very much am sorry I didn't get your name but it's appreciated

What can I say this hotel is truly special! Some of the best service I've experienced. from the welcoming reception to the complementary mini bar they do all the little things right. I had a classic room that overlooked the charming courtyard. It was quite large with high ceilings for the most basic room. every room has a unique style and mine fit me perfectly. The 2 Australian sisters who run the hotel could not be more friendly. Location is just far enough off Cathedral and Grote market to be peaceful but close enough to be there in a few minutes walk. 2 rooms connected with a door was a great way to have a group of people of 5 together at all times! Both kitchens had everything you ever needed to make yourself a perfect meal. Oven/Micro, fridge, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker. Fully loaded with tools and dishes! The beds were terrific! Fluffy and smooth. The bathrooms were great, the showers had an overhead faucet and a handheld one. The pressure was perfect. The receptionists were well prepared and very pleasant, and we got all the info for a perfect stay. Only downside with having two rooms was that we couldn't figure out how to make the door between the two rooms open. So we used some clever engineering to solve this issue. We never asked about this issue, because we fixed it with a doorstopper of our own. The price for 3 night stay was very well perfect! Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is very central and everything is almost walking, 4 minutes from the train station of Antwerpen, just outside the hotel is the Flixbus bus station that takes and brings from the airport, the city centre is stone-shoot, Just at the corner there is a Jumbo store with affordable prices, the rooms are small, have coffee shop and inputs to make coffee, hair dryer, board and board, we stay in room 103 with view to the opera, Breakfast is very good consists of eggs with toaster, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, just-forged bread, inputs for sandwiches, dry fruit and cereals, and also has the option to prepare waffles, the only disadvantage that for 6 days only put 1 bottle of 500 ml water in the room and that in the dining room many things are placed quite high and it is a little disturbing for people of low size, As a suggestion, it would be good to have staff that speak Spanish as more and more people we speak this language visit Europe and it would be a spiral that our language becomes international.

A great hotel. Price/quality was okay. The room was fine and very clean and the bed was fine. The shower was a little less. When you left the mixer on the same position it felt like a ice bath, the second after you were screwed your ball from your back, but fortunately this was well cooled back. The free exchange-bathing arrangement provided the ”working class” wellness experience!
