Hygiene: Very clean, the waiter cleans every day
Environment: Located in a bustling area of the city center but very quiet, within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium and the Coca-Cola Museum
Facilities: The equipment is very new and the coffee machine is very good👍
Service: Includes $50 Credit for ByGeorge breakfast on the first floor, super breakfast, dinner tastes very good too👍

This is the second time I've been here. I love the atmosphere. My room was spotless. I love the dining room. Everyone who works there is friendly, and helpful. The building is wonderful. I get confused with the valet parking, but there is always staff outside to help. This hotel is a class act.

Room near elevato shaft which made for a very noisy night. Bed comfort is poor and I asked for extra pillows and got one after 3 requests several hours apart. No lotion in the bathroom and asked for a refill, never refilled. Bed was never made or wet towels changed, stayed 2 nights. Brunch I. The restaurant was delicious.

My stay here was great. The staff was very friendly. The bed and shower were comfortable. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to get to downtown. Only suggestion would be to have a microwave in the room. Other than that, A-okay with me.

I loved everything about this place except that the heat in my room would not go higher than 66. I mentioned it to the front desk but the issue was not resolved. I would stay here again if I knew the heat could go higher.
