“Good and professionals staff which made the service excellent. The hotel is absolutely spot on. Cleaned and beautifully designed. It feels like a 6 stars hotel. Location is also very beautiful as it’s surrounded by green and a huge park around the corner. You can get the e-bike just outside. View from the windows are also nice as it’s near the modern sports center buildings. Enjoyed my stay there with my family very much. Forgot to mention the food and the facilities like pool and gym… all very good as well as the very fashionable designed room. Well done to the management( Cathy焦Amber许 Linda王 )!Andrea Marigliano”

酒店裝修不錯，早餐挺豐盛，靠近草原遊玩比較方便。周圍環境安靜，房間還帶陽台挺不錯的，如果中央空調能調温度就完美了

極其糟糕的一次入住體驗，來內蒙古旅遊的好心情全部被毀，客房和前台工作人員不知所雲，半個小時處理不好一件事情，建議內部做好員工培訓再讓人上崗

房間很大，床和枕頭都很舒適，我是比較喜歡睡硬枕頭，酒店的乳膠枕頭非常適合。還非常貼心的準備了水果跟酸奶，洗澡的噴頭水流也很大，房間裏沒有香皂，打了客服電話很快給送過來了。點贊！早餐還麪條也比較好吃，衹不過小哥哥忙，煮好了讓別人端走了，又重新給煮了一碗。

定了幾次行政套，沒有住到過行政樓層，也沒有享受過行政酒廊，問就是沒開，這個樣子為什麼不添加成普通套房，還是專門去找我這種冤種呢？希望不要主做餐飲也抓一抓客房。
