"using lift requires keycard, specifically for the level you are staying so it’s better to stay at the same floor with friends. Housekeeping every three days and needed to call service for towel replacements. Call service is out of order in my room so I have to ask for help in the lobby. There was one time that the lobby stuff stated that he is in charge of the other hotel and asked us to contact the hotel staff by telephone / Instagram, didn’t manage to ask for clean towels that day."

QQingziqingyaThe hotel is quite new, and there's still a slight smell of renovation. The location is a bit remote; you need to take a long taxi ride to get to the city center, and traffic is often congested. The decor is average, not as good as a typical JI Hotel in China. There aren't many dining options nearby, so you always have to take a taxi to find food. The only upside is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs.

MM53721****Pros: 1. Very close to KLCC. The hotel offers a shuttle service to KLCC (last shuttle at 10 PM). The LRT is on the lower ground floor of KLCC, making it very convenient to reach major attractions like Jamek Mosque and Petaling Street. You can also walk through KLCC via a sheltered walkway to Pavilion (15-minute walk, air-conditioned and covered). 2. You can go up to the 33rd-floor SkyBar for free to take photos (there might be some obstructions when photographing people). If you want to have a drink and take photos without obstructions, it's best to go between 5-6 PM and sit by the window (there's a minimum spend). Cons: 1. No Chinese-speaking staff, which is quite surprising for a well-established star-rated hotel. The Black guy at check-in had a very indifferent attitude towards Chinese guests but was all smiles for white guests. The check-in process was also incredibly slow! 2. The bedsheets had multiple footprints, the room facilities were old, and there was a musty smell. 3. The deposit is 250 MYR per night. Tips: Check-in is at 2 PM, but it can be very crowded and slow. The value for money isn't great, but the unobstructed view of the towers is a big plus. You can upgrade a standard king room to a tower view room for an additional 100 MYR per night upon arrival.

AAnchengchengxieMy cousin and I booked two rooms and stayed for four nights. Let's start with my room: on the first day, I found a lot of ants 🐜 in the room. I requested a room change, and they moved me to a room right next to the highway. I spent the whole night listening to cars zipping by and motorcycles honking, so I didn't get any sleep 🤣. On the second day, I had to request another room change, further away from the highway, before I finally settled in. Now, about my cousin's room: it was freezing cold, even with the air conditioning off. My niece had to stay bundled up in a blanket. After two nights, my cousin finally mentioned how cold it was. We strongly insisted on another room change. A hotel staff member came to feel the room's temperature and then found an empty room for them to move into. After the move, it wasn't cold anymore. A few days later, I was chatting with a Grab driver about the E&O Hotel Penang****, and when my cousin overheard, she finally felt brave enough to tell me, a materialist, that in that freezing cold room at the E&O for the first two nights, she had seen a ghost—a white person. I also heard from a day tour guide that the hotel's portico had been blown down by a strong wind just a few days before we arrived, which is why it was temporarily replaced with the rather ungenerous-looking one it has now. The breakfast was just okay. Even though it's a Chinese-owned hotel, the foreign workers tended to assign people who looked Chinese to corner tables or dark, out-of-the-way tables. I could never understand why even brown-skinned people would discriminate against Chinese people. The only thing worth praising was the front desk lady who spoke Chinese, though I'm not sure if she was an intern. She was enthusiastic and provided excellent service, allowing us to check in early.

SSierracTraveling with my parents, we booked a two-bedroom apartment. The room was spacious, although the layout wasn't perfectly symmetrical. Waiting for the elevator sometimes took a little while. It was super convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room, and it was pretty quiet too. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the infinity pool offered a beautiful view of the Twin Towers. The gym also had a great view. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance.

NNunaeHad a wonderful stay here. The operator, Alan was very kind in assisting us with a late check-out. Breakfast was satisfying with a wide variety of food and drinks. The staff at the gym and pool were also attentive and caring. The only downside was the TV, which was quite small with poor resolution and sound quality. Do note that the carpark is in a separate block and requires quite a bit of walking.

헬미Not the best 5-star hotel that I ever stayed. The water that came out from our shower was dirty that we need to wait for 1 hour before we can use the shower. Seems like the water tank was not cleaned well maybe? The bed are also quite hard. It doesn feel loke a 5-star hotel bed. The quality of bed is like a 3-star hotel. I've stayed at other 5-star hotel brands and I have to say this is the worst 5-star hotel I ever stayed. Not gonna choose Pullman again. Not up to my standard for a 5-star hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and the pool is magnificent. The only negative point was the quality of the towels, which were clearly very worn and looked greyed with use. We also did not have hand towels and had to request them. As for the staff, they were polite but noticeably robotic, unable to move beyond a very formal and rather cold type of friendliness, which took away from what could otherwise have been a warmer experience.

LLauraThe room was very clean and comfortable, and it's super close to Chow Kit station. Plus, there are tons of food stalls right around the corner from the hotel at night. I'm not sure if it's the Chow Kit Night Market, but they had everything I wanted to eat. I actually walked to the hotel from the Petronas Towers – I love walking! I also walked from Lucky Cafe to the hotel, and along the way, you naturally stumble upon a lot of photo ops and places to eat. Big thanks to the hotel staff. I also had breakfast once, and it was really good! They had noodles, chicken sausages, beef sausages, bread, yogurt, milk and cereal, nasi lemak items, coffee, vegetables, and fruit. There were some dishes I couldn't name, but honestly, if you booked breakfast through Ctrip, it's definitely worth it. Huge thanks to the chef and staff!

TtopotStayed 3 nights Location - unbeatable. It's a fantastic location in the middle of shopping, delicious mix of restaurants,, entertainment & business. Easy to get around on foot or grab..our room also had a beautiful view of TRX Tower. Service was polite & good. Cleanliness was ok from the bedrooms, bathroom & living room. But could be improved further - like the hairdryer wasn't placed properly. Water pressure was excellent!! Comfort is a plus - the right size for a small family. Having a balcony was a plus. Had a playroom, gym, swimming pool, all the comforts fr a few nights stay. Security was good, as safety was important to.us Will consider returning
