Property is on a great location and is a clean, comfortable and lacking in nothing. The staff is warm and inviting. They have suggestions on where to eat and offered to make reservations for us. They answered all our questions and made our time there very easy. The location is a 20-30 minute easy walk in any direction to major sites! We loved our stay and I have already shared the listing!!

Everything has gone super well. The girls at the reception have been very friendly and explained to me everything about how it works in the apar**ent. Very central and a few minutes from Sagrada Familia! This company is highly recommended! They have many apar**ents in Barcelona.

I made a reservation because the reviews were good, but it was really bad. I was on a family trip (2 adults, 1 7 year old).
-Bad points
(1) It is located on the side of the road so it is too noisy. It's so loud that even people who aren't sensitive can wake up from their sleep.
(2) Management office inconvenience. There is not always a manager, so it is difficult to communicate any inconveniences. I don't speak English well either. I left my luggage after the last guy checked out. I was supposed to come back at 4pm, but they contacted me (whatsapp) and said they would only leave my luggage until 2:30pm. So I canceled my schedule and returned to the hotel.
(3) The sofa bed is uncomfortable, and there is no dishwasher in the kitchen. Only 1 towel per person (I only received 1 towel even though I stayed 4 nights)
