This is the first time I come to ChangPing, I could not decide where to stay until I found UrCove hotel on line, where I found the room rate acceptable.
After I checked in the hotel, the friendly staff, Ms Annie & Ms Worthy , Eleven, Reece make me feel very homely, and the room is well maintained, I am no regret for my choice, I give 10/10, Keep it Up, TQ UrCove.

Ultimately a fantastic stay only hampered down by things outside of the hotels control, such as its location being quite far away from the city centre but considering that the Changping Line was always a ten minute walk away I can’t hamper it too much.

This is my second time staying here. Sadly it wasn’t as good as the first. I had an issue with my shower that seemed to flood on my very last day so I spent some time trying to clean this up which was a shame. Also, I was placed on a room with no outside window which I didn’t expect so it felt strange waking up each morning. I would still recommend but it was just unfortunate this time around.

大堂環境非常舒適，前台服務也很周到親切，細節做得不錯，在這個價位的酒店裡性價比算是很高的，全屋都是小米智能家居，衞生環境也可以，隔音也很好，睡了一晚非常安靜，窗簾遮光效果非常好，馬桶也是智能的，房間還配備了戴森的吹風機，點了外賣機器人也可以送到房間門口，整體還是很好的，就是不知道是不是酒店整體不是禁煙，中午在房間裏能聞到一股煙味，不知道是走廊還是哪裡有人吸煙，其實包入住酒店可以設定選擇吸煙房或者無煙房間，這樣好一點，一個小小的意見，其他的沒什麼問題，退房的時候後想在樓下自助售賣機買酸奶前台直接送了兩個，還是挺有心的。

我覺得是昌平這個區域最優的一家酒店啦，設施和裝修都很有品質，飲料水的供應也看得出用心，床品和洗漱用品都很不錯。and戴森的吹風機有木有！唯一美中不足的是我住的那一間臨街，晚上三四點都有人在大聲喧嘩，旁邊還是一家KTV挺影響休息。下次不訂這間了。

酒店坐落在府學路，周圍有法大和石油大學，昌平二中，也有很多政府機構，人文環境很好。有商場和超市，能夠選擇的餐飲也非常多。酒店內員工很有服務意識，不愧為凱悦旗下的品牌，各方面都相當專業。房間內設施都是智能設備，電話都有小度機器人替代。早餐品種豐富，有24小時的健身設備和洗衣房，離景點也不算遠。非常適合帶孩子入住，下次來昌平還會選擇入住。

設施：房間智能客控，咖啡機免費喝咖啡小冰箱飲品也免費，全自動馬桶。
衞生：房間乾淨，床品舒適。
環境：環境好，一樓有創意空間，氛圍感挺好的，尤其晚上還有小夜燈。
服務：服務也不錯，前台小姐姐好看，説話温柔，有什麼問題找前台，也會立即解決。走的時候還送水了呢。免費停車哦。
