經典類型的那種酒店房間裝修，在古北水鎮遊客服務中心辦理入住 ，酒店屬於古北水鎮旗下還贈了小鎮門票和景區無線次數擺渡車，又贈了早餐，性價比拉滿。最重要的是酒店前台有免費的託運行李服務，這樣第二天退完房 就不用寄存行李或者拉着行李再逛小鎮了 ，行李直接送到停車場 服務太棒了

大孩子住的家庭房，還是可以的！週末七百多平日四百多

這次入住太暖心了，這些年去過很多地方，從來沒有遇到過這樣暖心的商家。我人住的當天下午突然發燒渾身疼，前台小姐姐知道後立馬貼心的多拿來一床棉被和蜂蜜水，第二天早上還問用不用將早餐端過來，真是太感動了。雖然身體不舒服，但是心裏很暖。謝謝！！

公司團建，10人訂了3間家庭房，設施、衞生、服務……所有都很好，性價比高。 車停P1入口，免費坐觀光車去遊客服務中心辦理入住。 酒店位置好，離遊客服務中心非常近，步行5分鐘以內，離觀光車站步行2分鐘，太方便了。在水鎮內部員工區裏，有人查驗證件才能進入這個園區，清靜又安全。

酒店離景區很近，早餐也挺方便的，入住過好幾次了，感覺性價比還行。但這次在辦理入住的時候，説小孩身高剛到150，必須加收160元還是200元服務費（具體金額不記得了，因為過了1個月了），但不能加床也無額外服務，預訂頁面也衹寫了小童可以使用現有床鋪沒説要額外收費，前台處也沒有張貼任何額外收費標準，就是現場強行要收取服務費，且態度強硬。加收小童早餐費同意，臨時加收小童服務費就有點**了，我們有理有據並未退讓，最終入住。不加床但要收服務費您這是第一家，即使要收請在銷售頁面列明費用，讓消費者有知情權和選擇權，讓消費者明明白白消費，否則涉嫌欺詐。
