五一臨時安排，翻看酒店收藏，中信金陵酒店沒有去過，日期也剛好有房間，沒有定在假期開始，而是定在了假期的最後兩天，奔着休息去的，主打一個泡酒店。
酒店三面環山，正前方水庫，酒店樓內有出入口都可以直達外面，因為是依山而建，所以酒店最高層也就是到了後面山的高處，並且還備有付款可用的電動車，對長者孩子非常友好。
樓內小童遊樂場、電影院、桌球廳、游泳館、健身房……，樓外楊樹林、植物園（不大）、室外幼兒場（單獨消費）、卡丁車……，樓前還有觀景台、小水湖（孩子很喜歡在這玩水）。網紅咖啡館，風景很好，價格略高，口味一般。酒店大堂有星巴克，我們入住期間，衹有美式，沒有其他的，價格合理，品牌統一價。
酒店衞生還可以，灰塵是有的，大堂前台桌面的灰塵也比較明顯，但能感覺原來的設施還是不錯，就是時間比較長了。
孩子愛吃自助餐，所以除了早餐標配自助餐外，頭一天的晚餐也是在一層的餐廳吃的自助餐，並且入住還提供了自助餐優惠卷。全家老小還是挺喜歡這裏，住一宿非説沒玩全，最少兩宿起步，很適合家庭不出京遊。

入住兩天，遇到了前台肖紅的熱情接待。吃飯，環境都給詳細的説的清清楚楚。房間夠大，裏面設施齊備，很多地方很用心。有接待水果，晚上還有美顏粥。需要什麼服務員説下就會周到地送到。衞生間的手紙還用袋子精心的包紮起來，還有個手機架！洗澡的設備都很齊備。陽台就可以看見遠山和湖水，景色絕佳。小區環境不錯，晚餐和早餐都挺好，該有的都有，就是晚餐有點小貴，一自助120一位，個人也就吃一盤飽了。不過五星酒店可能都這樣吧。

最滿意的一次週末體驗！前台工作人員一位王女士和另一位女士真的是特別貼心，在辦理入住手續期間給我們介紹酒店的親子項目，比如説在哪裡領魚食、怎麼去植物園，小童樂園在哪裡等等。而且還給升級了主樓房間！！！視野特別好，從房間可以看到湖景，而且也很安靜，房間裏還有小童浴袍，特別可愛☺️ 強烈推薦給身邊的朋友！！！

適合帶孩子玩，有嬰兒床，建議會站之前的寶寶預訂嬰兒床，會站之後，床圍有點低，容易摔下去。
早餐特別好，絕對夠五星級標準了。就是五層的淮揚菜性價比不高，但是味道可以。
服務特別好，好評給到前台陳乃靜!態度特別好!對小朋友也熱情，給了歡迎小朋友的氣球，還給升級了湖景房!
酒店太美了!在裡邊玩了整整一天，餵鴨子，小童樂園，熱帶雨林房，園區裏走走。下次一定還來!

設施：房間設施算是齊全，功能也滿足基本需求。有半標泳池，健身房設備不錯，可以免費使用。網球羽毛球乒乓球也有可以付費使用。
衞生：整體不錯，小瑕疵是冰桶可能用的人少，有點沒關注到，有些臟。
環境：整個酒店空間很大，環境很不錯。有一些體驗項目因為是來爬山徒步就沒有體驗，下次會再來。
服務：這部分做的比較不錯，入住當天前台值班女孩兒王凱華細心介紹了所有酒店功能設施和開放時間。

是6年來第三次入住中信金陵了。酒店的地理位置和景觀都是一流的，預算不緊張的話，首選主樓湖景房。跟前幾年相比，酒店多了不少户外小童遊樂設施，也多了一家半山腰的咖啡館。早餐的引導工作做得比較到位，避免了客人在餐廳裏亂糟糟地找座位。前台的接待工作也很到位，接待我的是陳亮延小姐姐，各種細節都交代得很清楚。
不足是有的，酒店畢竟有年頭了，希望裝修時好好佈置一下洗手枱和淋浴間。前往濕地的木條路也不太平整了，容易絆倒幼童。另外，作為五星酒店，早餐實在是太不五星了。

整體環境還不錯，就是設施相對有點老了，吃飯的地方比較少，勝在人少和安靜。小朋友喜歡在那裡餵魚和鴨子，小遊樂園也不錯。
