前台客服態度跟你欠她錢一樣，酒店裡一次性的東西一樣沒有，連雙拖鞋也沒有，隔音效果又差，小孩哭了一下，還威脅説再哭就不讓住。本來是帶小孩去看病的，挺糟心，結果還這麼一個酒店，心塞。

店家態度很好，但是設施實在太差了，要了一間單人房，我165的個子，床伸不開腿！發現熱水和電吹風不好用，都是現修現換的。
