就在天壇正對面，可以直接步行前往天壇南門。前台的服務態度很好，多開了一張房卡，還幫忙多拿了一條被子，好評！

非常感謝前台小姐姐給升級了房型，體驗了一樓的套房，一米八的大床外加一個沙發，面積很大很寬敞。房間沒有異味，熱水充足。
酒店位置靠近天壇公園，自身有一個小院，停車方便。門口靠近南護城河，晚上出來遛彎也是不錯的。唯一一點不好是附近有條鐵路，開窗的話能聽見鐵路的聲音，但是晚上睡覺關上窗就還好，不影響休息。

1，辦入住時前台推會員卡導致時間過長，全程光辦入住就用了10幾分鐘，辦完入住也沒有告知客人從哪裡上樓，對於一個連鎖酒店來説很差勁👎，2，入住後房間衞生堪憂，枕頭是臟的，枕頭上還有頭髮，是被人躺過沒換新的布草嗎？3，我們是10點多躺下的，一直都有人嚷嚷唱歌，早上5點多又開始嚷嚷，樓道里的嘈擾聲一直沒斷過，隔音效果太差了，一整晚都沒睡好！4，早上拉開窗簾才發現對面是堵牆，這個窗户還有必要存在嗎？，這是入住喆啡最差勁的一次！影響了對這個品牌的信任感！

環節不錯，重要的是離天壇公園很近也就步行10來分鐘，而且工作人員從開始打電話詢問時就非常熱情，到了店裡後還主動幫我升級了住房，詢問什麼事情都是非常認真的回答，如果想來天壇公園玩的話首選推薦。
