Очень приветливая дама на стойке регистрации. Но в лифте запах ужасный. Цены приемлемые, в целом все ок, реально близко от Южного вокзала на такси действительно 10 минут. Номер был без окна , в целомтне критично, но как нетрудно догадаться в таком помещении будет не особо свежо
