前台工作人員負責特別好，早餐時間還因為臨時用餐人數過多做了延長。退房因為個人原因推遲，也給免費延遲。服務主動且有效。房間的温度在冬天來説是很舒服，衞生也不錯。力薦！

服務非常貼心的酒店。入住時知道早餐略晚於孩子第二天活動的集合時間，和孩子商量出門去超市準備點點心。前台小姐姐聽到後，主動問清緣由和希望享用早餐的時間，説到時候後廚準備好什麼就先給我們些什麼。第二天一早，一分不差的有服務員敲門，各式熱點，主食，水果送來一大桌，營養搭配，非常豐盛。我們從容享用後，送孩子去集合地點，前台小姐姐主動給孩子了些點心讓路上吃，還提出給孩子加滿温水。雖然臨時住了短短一個晚上，但是每個細節都很温暖貼心。
酒店幾百米就是保利金泉廣場，還有新開的DT51，吃喝，外賣都很方便快捷。

環境非常好，乾淨衞生，服務也沒的説，這麼便宜的價格住到這麼好的酒店真是驚喜！早餐不能去餐廳，給送上門的也是種類齊全！因為帶了孩子，還貼心的準備了孩子用的牙刷拖鞋，真的是很好！

房間非常乾淨整潔，很舒適，阿姨每天會打掃房間，早點豐富，前台的小哥哥小姐姐都很温柔，有任何問題都會幫忙解決，走之前還送了小的伴手禮

非常滿意的一次入住體驗。
首先工作人員服務態度很好，由於我從上海回來，他們會耐心幫我聯繫社區報備，酒店距離核酸點很近，挺方便的。
環境也非常好，早餐不錯，機器人服務員很可愛，洗衣房也很乾凈。
房間裏電視夠大，還有小愛同學，哈哈哈，整體來説還是很智能的，性價比高，良心推薦大家

目前出差住過最好的酒店，甚至感覺北京的酒店太捲了，晚上有送水果，離店還有送茶包，設施那些因為是今年剛開業，都很好很新，房間裏還有冰櫃和雨傘，床底下還有小夜燈
