Nice hotel room close to the airport and Mall of America. My only complaint is that I couldn't connect to free wifi in the room.

There is nothing around the hotel. Breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet. A good option for those who need to stay at a Hilton near the airport.

Average, but fortunately it is close to the airport. The air conditioner is old and noisy at night. The bathroom decoration is very old, the shower curtain is useless, and water is everywhere

The bathroom light was broken, and I didn't change it because it was late, but it was still good in the late Qing Dynasty. There are restaurants nearby until late at night.

I asked for two adjacent rooms, and the two rooms can communicate with each other, which is very convenient for a family. The breakfast in the hotel is good, and it is done very carefully. The waiters in the restaurant are also very friendly and enthusiastic.

Great place to stay if going to MSP, or coming from. Convenient hotel-airport shuttle service. Good restaurant on site.

Great stay prior to airport departure. Wish there was coffee in the lobby for early shuttle catchers.

I will say it was kind of weird/ironic when staying at something I would view as a luxury hotel and at the same time a “Reparations conference” is taking place in a conference room at the hotel - so I’m supposed to think I’m staying at a luxury hotel, meanwhile people there hate me for the color of my skin not to mention think I owe them money for the color of theirs - please make better choices Hilton or you will be cancelled as well.

The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The only drawback was no airport shuttle for us at 3:45am.

Specifically booked this hotel to have extended parking for a flight. Was told we could do it because they had to save spaces for an event. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked there. The bed was horrible and hard. It was so hot in the room and the thermostat didn’t work. Overall not impressed for the amount I paid!!

Hotel that has a free airport shuttle and says parking available made me an assume I could park there for my travel. Misleading and when I asked the staff what I could do they were no help.

The pool was neat, wish the hot tubs would have been available. Our room was hot, turned the heat all the way down and was still hot, had to shut off the heat to make it tolerable. The beds were hard but the couch was comfortable. Wish there was a continental breakfast available. Not a terrible stay but could use a few improvements.

It was all really great…. The only thing was that I am sensitive to fragrances and the hotel shampoo/soap etc was SO STRONG!!! It gave me a headache and I could hardly sleep….. 😞
