今年冬季在賽里木湖小木屋裡麪經歷了風吹雪，有驚無險。大雪過後風平浪靜，看到了賽里木湖最漂亮藍天雪山藍冰，美景很震撼。
瑞景酒店的工作人員也非常好，在暴風雪中給客人提供全力的守護，非常感謝

旅途結束，記憶尤新的就是這家酒店後出一個男廚師的眼神！早餐我們去的時候快閉餐了，外面餐區沒雞蛋了，我看裏面工作台上還有雞蛋和麪包，就問一個工作人員給我拿兩個雞蛋，好傢伙，那個男廚師就出來了，大聲質問那個給我拿雞蛋的工作人員，閉餐了你在幹嘛！還不趕緊收拾！然後就開始側頭拿眼神瞪我！出來一趟瞪我一趟！兩個雞蛋至於這麼兇狠的眼神嘛？後來又來了兩個女孩沒趕上早餐，這如果是在其他酒店，一般會去後廚整理兩份剩下的早餐，單獨拿給客人，結果他們就來了一句沒有了，什麼都沒有了，工作人員的酒店服務意識真的不行。我們入住的時候送行李的工作人員一直強調是因為我們定的特價房所以才在最後面一排。特價房也980，我們並沒有白住！晚上點餐，葱爆羊肉全是葱！加上大盤雞的葱，感覺吃了一頓葱飯！

入住前一天，前台劉玲小姐姐就打電話提醒天氣及穿衣建議，實名讚揚前台玲玲子，特別温柔，幫我們升級了房型還幫我們拿行李，中間有問題和她溝通都馬上回應解決，第二天我們叫的車進不來，馬上幫我們安排的師傅送到東門，誰懂啊？事事有迴應，並且馬上安排解決，太讚了。走的時候還送了伴手禮。營地有自己的餐廳，用餐也是可以提前預訂了，味道很驚喜。房間乾淨整潔，地理位置佳，可以看日落，當天雲多沒能看到日落但是看到了很美的晚霞，彩色的晚霞。

很棒，衞生也不錯，環境非常好，能看到窗外的賽里木湖和雪山，服務也很好，小哥會幫忙把行李搬進去，並且晚上還能看到銀河，可惜拍不出來

時隔多年，再次來到賽里木湖，選擇了瑞景，果然明智，環境好，就在湖邊，出門就可以看日落，日出往前走一段也可以看，房間衞生情況也很好，碰到小羅同學尤其體貼，幫運送行李，打包的菜品也幫熱了！
