Sandhurst

Coming from the perspective of a person trying to stay on a budget . . . Check in was welcoming and straightforward. The room was scrupulously clean. External noise was minimal. Bed was comfortable. The pillows could do with refreshing - they were a bit flat & unsupportive. The price however, could not be beat. If the need crops up, will book here again.

Hotel was great. Shame about the cars racing up and down the road until 2am. Not the fault of the hotel but something to consider. Our stay was on a Saturday night.

Very basic, bed was comfy, bedroom was clean, no air con, but we went when it wouldn't be necessary, although a fan was in the room, should we have needed it. The shower sounded like water was being pumped through piping ,the other side of the wall, temperature was ok though. Bathroom very 1990s, clean, but so very tired and smelt musty after a couple of nights. The room clean we requested was carried out well. Breakfast advertised as continental, had no meats or cheese , which in my opinion, shouldn't be described as continental!! Full English was lovely and served by lovely staff. We knew we weren't allowed to check in until 3pm on our arrival day, but when we arrived at 2.30 pm, we were told by the guy on reception that we were too early, but could check in if we paid an extra £10 !!!!!His other suggestion was to wait in the restaurant, which we declined and waited in our car.....not the best welcome. Overall our six night stay was ok but we won't be staying there again I'm afraid.

Pleasant and convenient Hotel, M3 nearby, excellent pricing, large car park (with CCTV), usual high standards of cleanliness in room, wide-screen TV, didn't hear a whisper from outside when sleeping, pleasant Beefeater Restaurant adjoining plenty of outdoor seating when weather is pleasant, stay again ?.......most definitely !

The Premier Inn was comfortable, quiet and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Parking was free and just outside, so convenient as it was raining heavily.

Stayed here are a visit to wipsnade zoo the room was really nice with a bath which was we was much enjoyed and had meal deal at beefeater next door which the food was delicious.

You know what your getting in a Premier Inn and this was no different. Perfectly pleasant 2 night stay. Staff very friendly. They have an ironing board but it is in high demand the evening before an RMAS event. The only downside was that breakfast was not particularlygood with a poor selection of items.

We were booked for 2 nights to attend a family wedding. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who had allocated 3 rooms together and advised a 24hr service. The rooms were nicely made up and were immaculately clean. The breakfast was in the Beefeater restaurant and was freshly cooked to order. Again the service and quality were excellent.

Booked as a functional base to attend a wedding. Reception went above and beyond to help me access a room early to change which was really appreciated. Room very clean and everything working as it should. Attached restaurant for easy dining. Plenty of free car parking. All staff very friendly and helpful.
