We arrived late in the day. We carried our luggage to the elevator only going up to the second floor. We were placed on the third floor so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs and through the halls and door with a raised floor we had to lift our luggage. No air conditioning so we had the windows open. Right between 7 and 8 am began all the outside city noises. The breakfast was delicious but it does cost 10 euros a person. The receptionist could speak English and was very helpful even taking my friends baby food bag and refrigerating it overnight.

The hotel is very new and very comfortable. There is also an oversized shopping mall for eating and shopping. The location is nice and quiet at the river. Great value for money.

The cars did not give any exchange, and the money was decayed after each purchase, which was corrected the day after by one of the friendly staff, and the breakfast was well served on request. Leave check-in was also no problem and it could all be automatically entered through a code, then the door opens automatically.

The laundry cost 5 euros, which is fine but I was disappointed that when I was told I could get the laundry at five pm, when I arrive at the laundry room it wasn’t ready. The location is about five minutes walk from the central train station. If you arrive very late at night, I recommend staying highly vigilant. Better have company if you really need to go out at night. The staff is very friendly. But there’s a sign in from of the hotel that says don’t bring any firearms or knife there. Wonder what happened before the sign was erected. The room that was assigned to me didn’t face a highway, and I was able to use the microwave and the fridge in the hotel It’s about 5 minutes walk to the museum and about 15-20 mins walk to downtown center. A very good location for business people.

Hotel booked because my business deal was around the corner. The environment is not older than 5 years. Many new building. Hotel is clean and hippo. Friendly reception located at the bar. Breakfast is good, enough choice. Hotel room clean and overview.

This is an excellent hotel. It's modern and everything works. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide great views of the gardens and the river Weser. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was super-comfortable. The tram stop is very close and it's only 3-4 stops from the city centre. Breakfast was very good, excellent coffee and a carefully-thought-out range of foods. If we ever come to Bremen again, we shall certainly stay here.

Having stayed at Hotel Universum before, we again booked a busines plus room with air conditioning. We had chosen the Universum for the easy access by car and the excellent nearby tramway to the city centre of Bremen. This time we also preferred Universum for its apparently very strict Covid-19 measures. First impressions were excellent. Greeted by a friendly and very precise women at the reception and by a nice comfortable, very clean room. Next two days we also enjoyed a very good and fresh breakfast with lots of choices and very attentive staff (tall man and young woman), making sure that everything was kept shipshape. A model of efficiency and quality. Alas, the third and final day meant new staff at breakfast, with a much more leisurely approach. Didn’t made sure that enough clean plates were available, didn’t fill up the scrambled eggs container, and the delicious bacon had completely disappeared, dirty plates were left at our table. Antithesis to the previous experience. And it continued, when checking out the man at the reception was wearing the required mask, but only over the mouth, thus defeating the whole purpose. Made him aware that he had to cover the nose. Well, we hope that Hotel Universum in the future will want to keep up the standard set by staff the first two days.

Moin! We were here from 27. to 29.03.23 to meet the beautiful Hansestadt Bremen. To explore the city of Bremen quickly and without complications, the B&B Hotel is excellent. You can reach the center conveniently without means of transport. The hotel itself is modernly furnished, very clean and breakfast buffet very good and tasty. A funny idea and with a visually much fun + love implemented. To do it, a nice service staff. We were at a ceremony in the theater next to for 1 night there, which was mega-practice. For long stays or a guaranteed quiet night rest it would be too risky to me... We had the Greek Tiny House, which was relatively spacious, especially for second (3 would fit, with little baggage). Despite the warehouse charm with some waste oil flavour, everything was really very clean, flower white bed linen + mattresses, towels, soap, night lamps, sticks there. 4 ordinary baths with you/WC there is to share directly in the hall. Secure space in time - and when full, wellness care is not in ;-) We had happiness with our guests, it was relatively quiet at night + morning. I recommend people with light sleep but sleep glasses + ears. As everything is happening for everyone in a hall, it is just light-hearted (and also light if someone turns on the hall light or in the morning with sunrise - the ”Greek” at least cannot be particularly dark) , and of course does not offer much intimacy. If you have a conversation or a snart next to, everyone hears it. A also lovely packed breakfast is available on request in the personal cart, at good weather in the chilly interior. What would be super: a mirror in the room (if any, the bathrooms are unloaded?) and a 2nd key - and as others have already written: the small extra toilet for fast business between...

Abundant breakfast, buffet breakfast, very suitable for bringing children, wide room, particularly good location. A few hundred meters from the railway station, a ten-minute walk to the city center, there is an underground parking lot. There is a very beautiful green space opposite the hotel
