第一次遇到酒店房間內不提供瓶裝飲用水的！！！
自來水很黃，沒法燒水喝。
洗澡水也不熱。
房間窗户打開居然是過道，訂單頁面沒有標註是內窗！
很垃圾的體驗！性價比一塌糊塗

酒店非常的好，乾淨衞生，關鍵是距離景區的入口特別的近，整棟樓都是地暖，晚上一點都不冷，睡的舒服得很！

這家店是新疆之旅上最差的酒店沒有之一，直接影響了出行心情。850+的價格50一晚的出租屋一樣。首先所謂的別墅區根本就是一棟爛尾樓，在目前這個酒店定位主體的1km以外，沒有車接送，自己拿着行李過去，然後路硬化都沒有完全好，下雨天全是泥。第二酒店的衞生更為震驚，廁所還沒公廁衞生好，樓上沖廁所下水的聲音都能聽的清清楚楚。還有800+一晚的連礦泉水都沒有，然後問能不能跟前台買，説自己出去買，出去買水約1km。

旺季房價貴可以理解，衞生也太拉胯了，噁心死啦，床單被套不換，一股膏葯味，地上瓜子殼辣椒皮都沒掃乾淨，圖片是還沒睡床單就鄒巴巴的，還有頭髮，洗漱台漏水，簡直臟亂差，景區里民宿沒比這家貴多少，好一百倍

1、沒暖氣，與官網描述不符，欺騙消費者；2、沒熱水；3、晚上23:20入住至24:00期間停了電三次（每次5-10分鐘）4、床單臟污，枕頭黃色臟污；5、不符合消防安全要求。

感覺就是爛尾樓收拾一下，投入使用。廁所裏的管也是外設的。到後面39樓的路都是沒修好，體檢感太差。

酒店登記完，説是讓我們自己導航500米去別墅區，結果進了房間嚇了一跳，和網上宣傳的差距太大了，床上用品及房內設施極差，彷彿回到九十年代農村小旅館的感覺！
