Hotel bem localizado. Boas comodidades no quarto . Limpo e arejado. Ar condicionado full on rs. Café da manhã saboroso. Funcionários da recepção cordiais e sempre de prontidão. Gostei bastante.

This hotel was too far away from the city. Originally I didn’t think that was an issue, however on the first day, a taxi driver charged us 1200 reales from the bus station to the hotel. Complete rip off! This made us concerned about the amount of money we would be spending on transportation to and from the hotel daily.
The bedding was horrible. Hard mattress, pillows and two flat sheets.
It was not the cleanest. The breakfast buffet had flies around the food.
We winded up relocating to another hotel. I asked for a refund for the unused days and I was told by hotel management they would work within ******* to refund my money; however I was told they have not returned their call or email. Very dissatisfied with this hotel experience.

Muito bom, somente duas criticas: 1ª o espaço entre a cama e a TV é um espaço pequeno para passar, como painel da TV é bem projetado, atrapalha a circulação; e 2ª internet nos quartos NÃO existe.
Fora isso, é um ótimo Hotel, bem localizado e um ótimo custo/benefício, sem dúvidas retornarei.

Este hotel é bom, café simples com poucas variedades, mas gotoso, o quarto e limpo mas cortina de blackout não veda direito, banho de ducha muito bom, o banheiro no todo, tem um exaustor com alto barulho que fica direto, não tem como desligar e com único espelho. Como sugestão, minha esposa sentiu falta de um espelho de corpo inteiro.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a saída da cidade pela BR101, apartamentos no tamanho dentro do esperado, limpos, com uma vista linda da Serra do Sambê, um ótimo café da manhã com buffet bem servido. O diferencial realmente está na equipe do Hotel, quando cheguei na sexta a noite (15/03) fui recebido pela recepcionista Leticia (e a governanta é claro!) que prontamente conseguiu um berço para o quarto uma vez que fui com esposa e um bebê de 4 meses. No dia seguinte, fomos atendidos diversas vezes com muita presteza pelo Recepcionista Ramon (realmente muito cordial, educado e não sabia o que fazer para tornar nossa estada a mais confortável possível). No café da manhã, as atendentes e repositoras também perguntaram diversas vezes se desejávamos algo especial para o bebê. Tudo me leva a crer que toda a equipe é extremamente atenciosa com os hospedes...Obrigado por tudo e sucesso!!!

Bem localizado, logo na entrada da Cidade. Boas instalações, únicas observações: pequeno espaço de passagem entre cama e parede em frente, tem que se curvar um pouco para passar entre a cama e TV; e a porta do box do chuveiro que abre para dentro (talvez se fosse de correr, seria melhor), mas nada que prejudique a avaliação.
