The cleanliness was disappointing. Our fridge and coffee maker in our room didn’t work. Maid service was mediocre at best. They didn’t make beds or dump trash or clean they only replaced towels. There were 5 youth hockey teams staying here who ran the halls, trashed the halls and knocked doors passed midnight and management had zero control. Disappointing. Won’t stay here again.

The Hotel and staff are beyond exceptional. Rooms are very clean.I’ve been to other hotels in the area.There is no comparison to the Holiday iinn in Appleton.This is the place to be in Appleton when away from home.A home away from home.On a scale of 1 to 10.10 without a doubt.I will be returning.

Accommodation is fine and it is near the airport. I booked room with including breakfast. But the food could not serve for 40mins. So I had to cancel it because of the next meeting schedule.
Need to improve it. Except for this, the service was good.
