Infelizmente tive contratempos com a recepção que não queria estender minha reserva para mais um dia nem me deixar fazer late check out alegando ocupação do hotel de 100 por cento.
Ocorre que essa informação não correspondia à verdade e eu consegui fazer a reserva online sem problema algum.
Além do mais, o Ibis budget Campinas anuncia que o late check-out é para todas as estadias e todos os quartos, conforme foto anexa.

Realmente um ótimo custo benefício. O que ficou a desejar foi o cobertor da cama extra que estava muito sujo.
No restante está tudo certinho, principalmente com a reserva pelo aplicativo.

Eu já enviei um e-mail dizendo que eu não tive como comparecer no hotel , pois eu testei positivo para o covid 19 e pedi para que remarcassem a minha hospedagem , porém não obtive nenhuma resposta.

O quarto não dispõe de telefone ou frigo bar, é bem compacto, mas, muito confortável, a cama é grande , tem bons acessórios e a televisão é nova. A ducha e a privada ficam separadas, em estilo moderno , vale a pena para curtos períodos de estadia. Café, refeições e estacionamento não fazem parte da diária, mas, não tem custo exorbitante.

O estacionamento é terceirizado com uma taxa de 20 reais, uma fila enorme e apenas UM funcionário, todo confuso, fazendo o check in e check out. Da próxima vez melhor optar por estacionar na rua. O atendimento do estacionamento pelo valor deveria ser de excelência.
