Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room.

Located in the city center. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The disadvantage is that the bell of St. Mary's Church next to it rings every 15 minutes, even in the dead of night; the hotel's free wifi is very restrictive and can only be used once every 24 hours for 30 minutes each time, and the network speed is slow.

The toilet wasnt clean and sink is blocked . despite reporting no action was taken . even the stairs are not cleans and bad smell coming out ..

I can’t fault this place. Really conveniently located between the centre of Swansea and the marina. A short walk to wherever you need to be! The staff were nice and friendly. The room was nice and spacious, clean and had everything I needed. I had a good night sleep here.

Needs a sign on the reception entrance easily walked past because of the large building sign at the furthest away point from the entrance. It shares an apartment entrance Very confusing and worse when raining you walk to the sign away from the entrance.

Very convenient for our visit and the car park only a few steps away. But the room carpet could have done with a good vacuum. No glass in the bathroom or bath mat. Asked for a bath at was given a bath towel as they don’t do bath mats. Unbelievable! We got to breakfast around 8.50am and faced with dried-up scrambled egg half cooked bacon, the rest of the cooked offerings were totally unappealing, no croissants, one yogurt and no coffee in the machine. There seemed to be no interest in checking the buffet.
