Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Changsha

A huge shout-out to the front desk service at this Hampton by Hilton! From arrival to departure, the entire experience was fantastic. The front desk team, with their incredibly sweet smiles, handled check-in swiftly and efficiently. The hotel's location couldn't be better; it's super convenient whether you're taking the subway or a taxi. The subway station is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to explore and find great places to eat and shop! The surrounding area is lively in the evenings but not noisy, and our room was quiet and comfortable with excellent soundproofing. The attention to detail in their service is impeccable, and they responded to our requests incredibly promptly. Absolutely deserving of a five-star rating! This is definitely my top recommendation for anyone visiting Changsha, and I wholeheartedly suggest it to all my friends!

The hotel I chose for my child's graduation trip was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, the transportation was convenient, there was a subway right outside, and a shopping mall next to it, with one-stop service for eating, drinking, and having fun. I stayed for two nights and wanted to stay another. As there were no twin beds available, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a large bed with a sofa bed, which was more spacious than a twin room. It was amazing. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha. I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling to Changsha!

The lady at the front desk, Demi, was very welcoming. The hotel also provided breakfast for the children when we brought them on the May Day trip. The room felt clean and the family was very comfortable on the trip.

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and it was unexpectedly good, far beyond expectations. The front desk staff helped us upgrade the room, and they were really polite. The TV in the room is smart, and you can project the screen with your phone. There are also tissue boxes in the bathroom and on the table that can hold your phone, which is very convenient (hahaha, good news for lazy people). The breakfast is also very good, but I forgot to take a picture. Next time I come to Changsha, I will definitely come to this hotel again. I sincerely recommend it.

recently stayed at this new hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and stylishly designed, making for a comfortable stay. The location is particularly advantageous, being very close to the train station, which is perfect for travelers looking to explore the area or move on to other destinations. However, I did have one major expectation that wasn't fully met. Given that this is a Hilton property, I expected that the staff would have a solid English communication to assist international guests more effectively. Additionally, I found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited in terms of variety; I was hoping for a more international selection.

I drove to Changsha from Shenzhen with my friends and chose to stay at the Hampton Inn Xi'erdun at night because it is located by Meixi Lake, the surrounding environment is very good, the hotel is very clean and tidy, and I had a good rest at night. The service of the brothers and sisters at the front desk is very attentive and great! I will choose here again next time I come!

I have specifically requested for non-smoking room, I still get a room choked with cigarettes smell. When I feedback to the staff next day, they still insisted that level is non-smoking room. I don’t know what to say. Overall it’s a decent hotel with courtesy staff and standard breakfast spread.
