客服小姐姐很熱心，還發了攻略給我，附近的好吃的也發給了我。酒店就在五一廣場附近，附近就有好多吃的，還可以從地鐵站下面直接通到樂和城然後進酒店，不用曬到太陽，這個也是客服小姐姐告訴我的，還發了具體路線的視頻告訴我們怎麼走！房間還是很大的，光線也好，整潔乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，洗臉池是在外面的，平常要用的牙刷牙膏洗髮水沐浴露都有，還有一次性的洗臉巾。本來訂了兩個晚上，後面還續住了一晚，每天早上阿姨都會去搞衞生收垃圾，還會再發兩瓶礦泉水。酒店電梯有四部，但是人還是比較多的，有時候等的時間會長一點。就是房間隔音效果不怎麼好，外面説話聲音大一點房間裏面能聽到，這兩天不知道哪層在搞裝修，下午斷斷續續有鑽牆的聲音，本來中午太熱了都在酒店休息，這樣下午休息不怎麼睡得着，不過晚上還是比較安靜的，睡着以後也聽不見什麼聲音，早上也不會吵，可能大家都是出來玩的，早上也起不來🤣。還有房間裏有個樹燈塔，那條燈帶沒接電源也亮，一閃一閃的，但是燈光很暗，開燈的時候根本看不出來🤣晚上關燈睡覺以後嚇了一跳🤣，總體還是比較滿意的。

酒店乾淨整潔，空間大，距離地鐵很近，出行方便，樓下就是大型商場，吃喝購很方便。酒店24小時服務，有求必應。我們水喝完了，晚上給前台説，直接給我送了兩瓶水，其他酒店2瓶之外都是收費的。

酒店不錯，乾淨衞生，老闆也很熱情！關鍵是離五一廣場很近，坐2號地鐵去哪都很方便！從地鐵下來後，可以從商城直接到酒店，大熱天可以避免曬太陽！

有很多小蟲子。床上和牆上。後面前台小姐姐給換房間了，但沙發不太乾淨，而且廁所透明（就是説外面能看見裏面上廁所）。預訂了三天，退房扣除了第一天的原價房費（預訂時488，退時扣除538），未住，所以不太清楚隔音如何。

第一次來長沙旅遊，選了好久的酒店。最終選擇了這家，地理位置非常有優勢，坡子街，解放西路，超級文和友，都在這個附近，步行就可到達。總之離各個網紅景點，美食，都很近。基本步行溜達就能到達各個地方。酒店前台小姐姐服務態度很好，很有耐心，加了微信，有任何問題都能及時解答。而且酒店免費洗衣服務。很貼心!酒店衞生也值得誇讚，每天打掃很及時。夜景非常好看，可以看到江景房，閑下來的時候吹吹風，拍拍落日很美!收起^

選酒店選了幾天，最後選了這個酒店，酒店位置很好，去哪兒都方便，附近很多特產店和小吃街，老闆還推了很多攻略給我們，前台小姐姐也很有禮貌，還會帶我們去房間，麻煩了幾次前台幫我們調投影和送東西，點個贊👍🏻。照片和實物一模一樣，房間空間大，有個很大的落地窗，視野非常好，也很乾凈，設施設備很齊全，下次來長沙還住這，推薦推薦

房間很乾凈，沒有異味，通風很好，大落地窗的廁所浴室也都是乾濕分離，浴巾很乾凈，酒店也免查房退房特別方便，衹要把房卡給前台小姐姐就可以！房間都配有一次性牙膏，牙刷WIFI和投影信號也很好，投影竟然是最新款，還可以手機投屏！！！在這住跟家裡一樣，前台小姐姐跟衞生阿姨們都很熱情！下次推薦朋友來長沙，一定就定這家了。沖吧，姐妹們！！！
