Great place. Customer service is excellent. I was given a nice letter with yogurt and tangerines as a welcome gift and throughout my stay there. The room was clean and spacious. I forgot my laptop in my room after checking out and was able to retrieve it. The only downside is that even if the bathtub was clean there was still stains on it removing the stain and having nice white bathtubs will make it perfect!

Nice hotel, pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean. Checking in was super quick with no hassle at all. Hotel room had a nice view of the park.

來常州參加音樂節，離常州火車站挺近的，衹要步行15分鐘，去景點也方便，可以步行或者公交到青果巷，酒店免費給升級了行政大床房，住得挺滿意

地理位置優越，去新老城區都十分方便，走幾分就有公交車站，離地鐵站也不遠，酒店服務也很好，硬件設施也齊全，總之很滿意

前台熱情，床品不錯，硬件老了，空調沒冷氣，洗澡水很大，早餐豐盛，還有晚間水果酸奶，客房服務很客氣多給了兩瓶水
