酒店位置不錯，離地鐵站很近，去武侯祠錦裏步行可以到達，房間不算很大，有一個書桌很方便，服務人員態度好，入住第一天還送了甜品，早上有早餐，雖然品種不算很多，但也能吃飽，不足有兩點，一是房間空調噪音有點大，二是淋浴間地漏下水不暢，其他的都還不錯。

服務態度好，因為行程有變，臨時麻煩工作人員幫忙把大床房升級到標間。退房時間也滿足要求，延遲到下午兩點。很快得到解決而且態度特別好。尤其是前台的小余給予表揚一下。熱情，親切，在此謝謝！

工作人員服務都很好，特別是經理，我們詢問機場的時候特意仔細問了是哪個機場，特別仔細，房間也都很乾凈，早餐的鍋盔很好吃，下次還會來的酒店
