The location is very close to the station, the staff are very helpful, and the room is bigger and tidier than expected. Just shower head have some water leaking problem, overall is good

I was only there for one night so I’m not sure about the service but the location is great five minute walk from the station and they have an outlet mall and restaurants and some brand faces so you can actually get everything you want for souvenirs or shopping in the area and if you have a Costco card there’s a Costco nearby 10 minute walk morning breakfast is ¥2000 if you want breakfast that day it’s 1000 then if you reserve breakfast in advance expect us to say that Friday is not a lot I don’t think it’s worth ¥1000 but that’s just my opinion

Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.

We used it on New Year's Eve 〜 New Year's Day. The large bath with sauna is large and comfortable. It is a bit inconvenient that there is no restaurant around, but it is convenient location if you have a car right at Makuhari IC. Is it a new year's game, a professional basketball team and a high school soccer team stayed. I was a little relieved that the breakfast was cooked.

I stayed after the live at Zozo Marine Stadium. It was a method of booking, reception for women, and entering the accommodation room with the key.　 When I first entered, I was glad that I entered the same time as the other room held the key, but when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I couldn't enter even if I held the key and told the receptionist. the receptionist was registered as a man, so he couldn't enter. I think it's good to take a bath in the middle of the night.

Stayed on a heavy snowy day in Kanto. The room was beautiful, the large communal bath on the 9th floor & open-air bath was the best, and the amenities were substantial and very satisfying ♪ We also stay in snow or typhoon. thank you very much.

The hotel service is very good and still retains the traditional Japanese hospitality. The hotel is very tidy and the location is very convenient. The 2/F sky bridge can reach the outlet, exhibition center and train station.

We stayed for one night to participate in the training. It is located about ３ minutes from the station. Convenience store is nearby, so it is convenient.

As soon as I left the south exit of Shin-Narashino Station, I could see the hotel, so I could go without hesitation even if I arrived late at night. The small twin room I used had a bed on the tatami mats, and I was able to take off my shoes and get tired. I was worried about the imbalance of the small elevator for the size of the building and the small bathroom for the size of the room, but I wonder if the goodness of the cospa comes from that. It was a disgusting room due to lack of cleaning. It was new, the room was bright and there was no pain in the interior, so it looked clean at first glance, but the cleaning was scattered. Hair is falling in the bathroom, the drain is not cleaned, and the dust accumulation in the corner of the carpet. The toilet also smells of urine ammonia, and the shower curtains smell rusty. Moreover, when I pointed out and returned at night, it was not cleaned. This is the fault that the magnet for cleaning was not attached to the door. Despite the fact that I told you in the morning, this response is sad. There was no explanation to paste the magnet. When I looked closely, it was secretly written on the guide paper handed over at check-in. I wonder if anyone notices this. The room I had changed was large, but it was also lacking in cleaning. Dust was covered on the shelves and hangers. Moreover, hair was scattered on the sheets. It is highly evaluated as cheap and clean on the net, but I wonder if I am too nervous. It is true that a microwave oven is installed, it is close to the station, and the amenities are substantial, but it is disappointing in terms of software.
