We loved our stay and we felt very safe. Our rooms smelled lovely and very clean. Everyone was very nice. I already booked again this summer because we loved our stay. This was actually one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

No tub, outlet didnt work for microwave, had to pull it out and put in a diffrent spot, no shower gel in the dispenser, no shuttle service, exercise room was a joke, 2 out of 3 treadmills worked, no cups for water, no place to put the dirty towels after your done using it, cant get to the lobby from the stairway def should put a sign up on each level for that, this place was annoying for 153$. I wont be back.

I reserved and paid in full for a two bed room.
When I arrived they said that THEY overbooked and because I had booked thru ******* that they changed our room put us in a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa!
Otherwise they would have just cancelled my reservation!
All because THEY overbooked. So basically take the room otherwise I would have to start looking for another hotel at 8 pm.
The pull out sofa had no pillows and no blanket. Just sheet cover and thin blanket in closet. I called upfront to request two pillows and a blanket, they told me to come down and get it. When I went down to get them they said that they don’t have any and I would have to wait for the staff to go look for a blanket and pillows. He did find pillows and blanket but this whole experience was unacceptable. I paid for two beds but I had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed.

I really liked my short stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff was very nice throughout the stay, and they were able to help me check-in early. The location was great. It was easy access to an event on campus, but it wasn’t crazy busy like some places closer. The room was clean and had nice toiletries provided. The breakfast was better than most hotels, and I loved the 24 hr. coffee and tea bar in the lobby. If I go to Columbus, I would definitely stay here again.
