Very good all round hotel. All areas clean & tidy, good selection of food available at breakfast & dinner. Lunches available in bar area & outside pool seating area, reasonable selection of food choices. Wide selection of wines available. Room was very clean & tidy and cleaned daily, nice balcony overlooking sea & pool area. Entertainment on 3 of the nights we stayed and was of a good standard. Good location only a short walk into C'an pastilla, bus stop right outside hotel with regular very cheap service to either Palma or Arenal Would recommend.

Am I the first one on Ctrip? Actually, I did not stay in this hotel. Because when he checked in, he said that the system was broken and there was no way to handle it, so let us go to their sister hotel and call us a taxi. The sister hotel is not far away. At the time of the time, the page shows that 2 adults can be accommodated for 1 child free of charge, but at the sister hotel we have to pay an extra child's money and taxes. What else? Anyway, 2 nights a total of 40 euros seems to be. The room is the level of the hotel. No hot water bottle. No coffee maker. Tea, instant coffee. This is no drop. The air conditioning in the room is as long as the balcony door is open. Will stop the drop by yourself. The hotel was originally early, and because of the change of the hotel, we were given dinner. So our daily breakfast and dinner were eaten in the hotel. The dinner dishes are changed every day, and the aunt who closes is particularly diligent. Beverages are charged as usual. The hotel is very close to the airport. Take the bus to the door of the city of Parma. Very convenient. The beach at the door is nice. In the evening, the sun goes down to dig and dig the sand. It's 10 minutes from the airport and close to Palma City, so the location is very good. Because it's the sea in front, you can also watch the sea for breakfast I did yoga every morning while watching the sun rise on the terrace, and I was so happy that I could drink wine while listening to the sound of the waves on the terrace in the evening. The swimming pool is very small and the surrounding beach is so beautiful that I didn't use it. It was like an old building, but it was clean and the food was delicious. The bed and bedding were great, and above all, it was spacious and had two closets, so it was enough to use with friends. I was able to lie on the bed and see the sea right away. But the next room and the terrace are really close and you have to be careful because they look like they're all together. There is no parking lot, but the front desk staff kindly guided me so I could park well in the free parking area. If you go to Google navigation, you will be informed of the wrong road (the seaside road that cannot be driven by car), so you must enter the road outside one block from the seaside. Free parking area is easy to find around the hotel. It was a hotel I found in a hurry just before my trip, but it was a very satisfying stay.

My parents (70s), sister and our daughters (7,9) found this traditional family run hotel to be very friendly and perfect for our 4 night stay. Nothing was too much trouble, My dad asked to borrow a kettle and a corkscrew, both loaned with smiles. The staff are professional and courteous. Yes it's slightly dated but we enjoyed our stay more than a previous stay in a shiny, modern, rather impersonal hotel. The location is perfect, the breakfast traditional and plentiful. Our rooms suited us. My parents had a balcony looking over the square at the front of the hotel. We had a huge suite with plenty of space, no balcony but with 2 young children, we didn't miss it as we couldn't sit still for too long!!! The communal areas are homely, there are bikes to hire and a pool table. There was some noise overnight, from others moving around I think but earplugs sorted that, plus tiredness from swimming in the sea! I would stay here again.

Quick transfer from airport and quick check in. Everything was good. The hotel is clean and up to date (not brand new but not old and tired either). Good beds/towels/cleaning staff. Small hotel and good soundproofing. Mainly couples staying and quiet at night. A few restaurants around the hotel but none worth mentioning. Good thing was that with 11 euros we could get into the centre of Palma.

Hotel Negresco was a perfect destination for our 1 week couples holiday. We chose half-board for our trip, and were not let down by the food! The restaurant provided an excellent variety of options, including paella and other traditional/local foods, alongside more homely cuisine. A highlight of our stay here was the welcoming staff, especially Xisco, the host of the restaurant who made us feel very welcome. The hotel is in a great location, the beach is only a few steps away as is the bus stop to travel into Palma, the aquarium, airport and local shopping. The bar and entertainment evenings seemed to catch the eye of passers-by and it definitely felt like the hotel to be in along the *****. The beach was gorgeous, and not too crowded, you can rent loungers from the council, the hotel does not have its own section of loungers and parasols. We didn't make much use of the pools, although the views from the roof terrace were amazing. The drinks were fairly priced, and for lunch we found a trip to the local supermarket worked perfectly between meals. The hotel was quiet at night and we weren't disturbed by any noise or music. The area is pleasant to walk around with lots of people walking up and down the beachfront giving it a safe and lively atmosphere. We would definitely come back here again, a beautiful hotel in a great location for a relaxing beach holiday!
