I got a room with a window facing the in-door atrium, which meant not having a window with daylight. For the price I paid, I would expect to have a room with a window with daylight.
Spa was not clean and I didn't enjoy it at all. Breakfast was not good either. I won't stay with Clayton again.

送出我唯一一次全一星點評，帶着爸媽特種兵旅遊，半夜到酒店，就説房間漏水，之後就給我們領到了一個旁邊的小酒店。沒有一句道歉沒有退錢補差價，這個破酒店一生黑！

Convenient location, friendly staff. Had to request change in bedding as thick comforter provided was too warm, staff was helpful. Room was very quiet.

Check in was very simply done online and by collecting keys from kiosk at reception and check out was the same.
The hotel main areas were beautiful. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The shower was disappointing as the pressure was really bad.
Underground carpark was very handy just not well signposted!

This was the absolute best hotel experience! I accidently forgot my phone and Debbie, front desk manager, was incredible - instead of having me spend time and money organizing and paying to DHL she rang me and said she was coming to the Netherlands where I live for the weekend. I met her in Amsterdam where she returned my phone. Above and beyond is all I can say - cheers to Clayton for hiring such rock stars! Although we are traditionally Hilton and Marriott, we are now loyal to an all-Irish brand - well done!!

Some rooms are nicer than others. We had two rooms. One of the rooms looked renovated. The other room was older and had red stains on the carpet that looked like it could be blood.
