Hotel completely outside the standard of service of others in the same category.
All breakfast orders took a long time and never arrived hot, always lukewarm, at least on the days I had breakfast it was like this, the room service I requested was literally forgotten and after 2 hours when I called reception, they realized.
Good sized room, very good bed, but the sink when you open the tap ends up spilling water out and the bathroom design is strange, one door for the shower, another for the toilet and in the middle of that the sink that is connected to the room.
Oh, I ordered an avocado tost and it came with an avocado that looked like a stone, I still didn't understand why they said there was no point in serving something inedible.

Beautiful hotel, with sophisticated design. Exquisite service and exceptional breakfast (but expensive - 99 reais per person - significantly cheaper for longer stays). For a hotel of this level, I found it narrow-minded that they charge for each coffee capsule in the rooms (in most hotels of this level, it is complimentary). Otherwise, 10. Great location and very friendly and well-trained staff.
