I am giving this hotel 1 star for a simple reason: the noise. All we were really looking for was a place to come back to after a long day trip from cusco so we could get to bed early and get some rest for the next day as we would be leaving at 4:00 for the next day trip from cusco. However, the noise kept us both up most of the night, so we left for our hiking day trip with little to no rest. Since our objective was simply to get a good nights rest and we couldn’t do that, I cant recommend this hotel. I would avoid at all costs and spend your money elsewhere.

The hotel is perfectly located by the main square. The hotel is new and bringing services online. The staff is just THE BEST! I spend over 150 nights a year at Hiltons and this crew has just became my favorite! Would recommend 100%!!! We stayed 3 days at Cusco and they helped us organize the visits and entertainment, where to eat, all great recommendations!

Location and friendliness of the employees were top notch. Everything is new and well designed. Rooms are on the small side. You are in the middle of the huzzle and buzzle ones you are outside of the hotel. I would come again. They are about to open their restaurant. I got a breakfast coupon for jacks cafe next corner at the value of 36 sol - 9 Euro.

The hotel is very close to the main square, where lots of museums shops, and restaurants are located. Breakfast vouchers were provided for diamond members to use at the restaurant just across the street. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Motto by Hilton hotel in Cusco and was impressed by the outstanding service provided by Benjamin, who works at the front desk. As a Hilton diamond member, I have high expectations and stay in dozens of Hilton properties around the world each year. Benjamin exceeded my expectations with his attentive and helpful demeanor. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the overall experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend the Motto by Hilton hotel in Cusco, thanks to Benjamin and the rest of the staff for their exceptional service.

Amazing hotel at amazing location. Very close to the Cuzco Plaza Main Square, and is at the center of the touristy spots of Cuzco, with amazing restaurants and shops. The staff here are amazing and very accommodating, and the service here is top notch. NOTE: Hotel restaurant isn’t available yet, since this is a relatively new hotel at the time of writing, but they give you a 36/s coupon to the Jack’s Cafe right next door, who has great food, so it even’s out.

Excellent service, great rooms, amazing locations! Some of them on the first floor only have access to the inner yard and there are no windows facing out, just FYI. There is some noise early in the night from the surrounding bars but it is very manageable. All in all I would stay there again
