This hotel was really amazing! They offer pick up services from the train station and we wanted an impromptu 1 day private hire and they arranged it for us :-) the free photoshoot was stunning with the view of erhai! It’s situated right beside 双廊, with great food options and shopping available. Our personal butler was very responsive to all our questions and even provided a list of attractions and food choices.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. As a foreigner, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Communication via WeChat was seamless. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and something that I looked forward to everyday. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and assisted me with any questions I had. They even helped me arrange a private transfer to my next destination Lijiang. My room was first class, and it had an amazing view. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of the hotel is absolutely outstanding. The view over the lake and the surrounding mountains is a must see.
In walking distance is the small village, with many restaurants. The village is charming and not crowed. The distance to Dali is acceptable approximately 30 minutes.
We had a very relaxing time there.

位置很好 就在雙廊古鎮裏面都很方便 管家小趙服務很好用心準備了歡迎水果 還會來接我們 房間也是很用心的設計 在房間就可以看見海景親水平台拍照很好看早餐很好吃 有主食和飲品可以選擇 晚上也會暖心準備晚安牛奶 酒店特別漂亮，環境也很好，服務人員非常有耐心，還幫我們搬行李，還贈送免費下午茶。
在酒店裡就可以看到日落，房間也很寬敞，美中不足的就是房間內的硬件設施可能還有些許改進的空間～會給朋友推薦，也期待下次再來有個更好的入住體驗

是絕對的鄰水酒店，陽台超級大，旁晚可以看到超級美麗的日落景色，真的很讓人震撼！酒店的服務超好，管家小龍時刻關注我們的需要，為我們準備下午茶、小點心，推薦大理雙廊的好餐廳、好去處。酒店位置方便，一出來就是雙廊的民族街，有不少出名的餐廳可以選擇。酒店的鞦韆和三樓的波西米亞公共區域拍照非常出片。旅拍的攝影師非常專業，讓人非常滿意！

酒店會提前一天聯繫，然後到地方以後會有專門的管家來接，然後一路上各種介紹回到酒店然後管家會帶您回房間然後我們的管家是小甘很細心的介紹酒店裡麪的設施設備呀，和酒店所包含的套餐也會跟我們介紹周圍的景點呀，吃飯的飯店，在本酒店住了五天了，前四天住的花園房，拍照很美也可以在房間裏面用畫板畫畫，房間裏面的花園也跟攜程上面的一致，最後一天住的是270℃清水露台大床房，前面幾天玩的有點累，今天就在酒店裡麪休息，吃吃下午茶呀，雖然説天氣不太美麗，但是在房間裏面休息的還算愜意，酒店的設施設備可能有點欠缺，但是服務很好，下次來玩，還是會選擇這家酒店
