Классный отель, классный водный комплекс, есть большая детская зона, есть большой банный комплекс с онсенами и большим бассейном на улице. Очень красиво и чисто. Нетипичный Китай) очень высокий уровень сервиса. Рекомендую. Ещё раз поеду

房間、被褥都很乾凈整潔，五一假期，停車場基本滿了，晚上泡温泉的人不多，水很乾凈，搓澡大姐技術不錯。房間設施有點老舊，電視小並且可看頻道不多。位置偏但是很安靜，室外陽台看山景，聽鳥鳴，一壺茶，足矣。

房間整體很滿意，私人泡池也很好，公共區域也不錯，酒店容積率很低，所以整體體驗擁擠感非常小。早餐規格有待提高，可能是人不多，邊際成本比較高，但是早餐價位跟規格不太匹配，不過不影響整體體驗，下次還會來。

作為温泉酒店整體是不錯的。硬件設施很好，尤其是地面，全部是防滑設計，對長者和小孩很友好。
房間有私湯，水質也不錯，非常適合度假休閑。衹是淋浴間有返味，需要不時開着門散味兒。不過相較於公共泡池，家人更喜歡房間的私湯。
酒店的建設投入應該是巨大的，所以在節約成本方面也是不遺餘力，基本上算是錙銖必較了。可能是因為客人反饋比較多，現在礦泉水可以做到有求必應，其他方面就沒有了。
餐飲不行，味道非常一般，還貴。跟金石灘魯能温泉酒店沒法比。
説説服務。員工基本上是當地僱傭的阿姨，培訓不到位。客房服務人員不錯，餐廳、前台、温泉區都很一般，沒有星級酒店該有的樣子。尤其是前台接待，不是穿一件和服就合格了，服務規範還是可以再加強一下的。既然是日式，那麼至少管理層應該是體驗過日本的温泉是什麼樣的服務的，差距過於明顯了。
希望酒店越來越好。

日式風格，環境優美，服務親切。在東北少有的親切熱情的服務態度。我們是元宵節去的，人比較少，泳池和戲水區很乾凈。按摩技師手法還可以，沒有過度推銷。但是房間細節衞生有一點點不盡如人意，並且有味道。酒店餐食不夠豐富，房間吹風機很差，希望能改進。遼寧省內温泉度假還不錯的選擇，還會來～

前台的小姐姐服務超級熱情。帶到房間 介紹了房間的電器和收費的用品。每次電話詢問態度都大大的贊。走的時候一直送到大門口。很關心小朋友會提醒加衣。為單獨帶孩子出門的大人提供很多方便和情緒價值。別的餐吧的阿姨也都很熱情。會及時遞上浴巾 濕了也會及時提醒更換。唯一小瑕疵就是房間的泡温泉的池子沒有打掃乾淨。小朋友的玩具上面都是搓下來的泥。池子邊上都是。體驗感不是很好。都是奔着泡温泉來的 希望多多注意。特別是小朋友用品方面希望多上心。

定了親子房，孩子特別喜歡，在房間裏就能玩好久，加上無限次出入温泉和水樂園，還有一個收費的淘氣堡，在裏面遛上兩天消耗神獸體力一點都不費勁。特別喜歡酒店大堂接待和負責茶水的那個服務人員，面善無論何時看到都笑盈盈的，而且對待孩子特別有耐心特別友好，老闆看到請加工資！！唯一不太滿意的是搓澡的時候，兩個阿姨很聒噪，嚼同事的老婆舌，聽着很不舒服…親子房間的廁所由於全封閉式沒有窗户，有些反味，建議沒有客人的時候多開窗通風。

過來休閑，住宿，用餐，早上起來呼吸一下新鮮空氣，爬一下後面的小山，還是很不錯的。
